“Paid for 48hr delivery, arrived 1 week later, I didn't get any refund on my delivery or email of processing until 6 days after purchase. Customer service wasn't much help and never contacted me back. 1st time I have bought from the website, and feel it was a very poor and terrible service overall, I'm happy that I eventually got the product I paid for but a bit of a fiasco overall. I'd much rather buy from the shops if this is a good example of your internet services. Sorry but I'm just trying to be honest. I feel my experience was terrible and very off putting”
