“Purchased a pair of NB trainers in the sale. Quality of product was spot on as was the presentation (in the Cruise shoe bag) but the service from the delivery company DPD was what really stood out. Received my trainers the next day without requesting or paying for. They were in constant contact via email and text to make sure they were delivered in a safe place whilst I was at work. First class all round 👍”
