“5* in delievery and service but trying to take an item back or sending emails about a faulty item is such a ball ake.. I'm going on holiday and my item is damaged and I'm still waiting for them to get in contact with me”

“Items received as requested and took under 2 days to arrive. Expensive delivery (6 pounds) in comparison to similar companies however. I would expect discounted delivery for larger orders over 200 pounds.”

“The purchase and delivery process was spot on, but I am very annoyed to have to pay for returns delivery. Surely the biggest issue an online fashion store faces is customer unease from purchasing without trying on and testing, so a basic online customer need is to have the confidence that if they don't like what they get then the return/refund process is easy and seamless. Having to pay 10%+ of the original cost for return shipping is terrible.”
