“love the site, love the products and prices along with swiftness of delivery how ever it seems I've been very unfortunate in ordering the wrong size for two items on to separate occasions the first of which I returned it via special delivery in the way instructed by yourselves for exchanged on the same day of receiving it 27/06/2017, I tracked the item and it was received by yourselves at around 10 am the following day 28/06/2017 signed by an FARRIMOND but I did not get an email from you guys like I should of to say it had been received by you this now not only leaves me out of pocket with no goods but in a tight spot as I am also afraid and reluctant to send back the second item for exchange”

“Delivery on time and updated frequently to let you know when item should arrive. Only thing I think you should offer like other websites do that I use maybe more frequent is free delivery over a certain amount as £6 delivery is quite steep Thanks Daniel”

“It was a quick service and I got my item quickly. The only issue I would have is the item I purchased was over £200 but I still had to pay £6 for delivery. I feel delivery should be free on a purchase this size.”
