“Four times I purchased items which they sent me random items only to find out they don't have what they displayed on their site and I have to pay to return these items which costs me £11 each times. I think they purposefully sent me any random items hoping that I'd keep them even though the items that they sent me is much cheaper than the original items that I purchased they kept my money and not even an apology or any compensation for their bad service. I'm so disappointed with the staff they are rude and unhelpful. One staff said it only happened 4 times in so many years so what's the problem. The problem is it shouldn't be happening at all. I saw it as dishonesty!”
