“Hi I bought 2 tshirts a few days ago but the white one was all marks should have sent it back but decided to wash it and the marks are still there bought from you loads in the past and this is first time I've been unhappy”

“I ordered on a sat night hoping to receive an order before going on holiday. I emailed to see if it would come in time, response poor, might as well have been automated, it was my fault for leaving late but thee was zero customer care. Lucky your sale is generally good ortherwise I'd keep away”

“Ordered trainers and shorts through the outlet. Despite the order being in stock and successfully processing, i received an email a few days later saying the shorts were out of stock. No option to choose and alternative. Ultimately , i did go to websote to re-order as i would have had to pay another delivery charge 😔”

“Disappointing to see that returns are not included and have to be paid by the customer. Delivery costs are also higher than other online stores. The return postage paid today of £8.50 plus £6 postage means that I will give my custom to competitor stores who often offer free postage over £100 and always free returns. I ordered twice in the same week before realising this and will avoid using this online store again.”

“Ordered Monday told it would arrive Wednesday and no parcel, then told delivery guaranteed for Thursday, still no parcel arrived, to be told that it's lost and I have to wait until next week before I can do anything about it, it was for my 13yr olds birthday present, I'm not impressed at all, you're couriers are useless at customer care”
