Hello, I am still waiting to receive my item and the customer service has not gotten back to me. I am just curious what day I will be receiving my item. I am a bit concerned just because it is an expensive item. If someone could get back to me to just confirm when I’ll be receiving my Item. Parcel number 15504880099267. There is no app for the iPhone available in not Russian so I can’t receive a text update

I haven’t received my parcel yet after more than 10 days! And Their packing is very rough so you should be careful . I sent some inquiry about my order but didn’t get reply any from customer service. ... great service .

Jacket did not fit - charged a tenner to return it to Cruise. Disgraceful that online shopping company does not pay for returns.

After having paid £7 for delivery my parcel took 5 days to arrive, when it arrived it was faulty and it has cost me a further £16 pounds to return it so I have now spent over £20 and still no further forward.

I ordered a scarf in a specific colour that I had been looking for awhile. I received my order and was dissappointed to find that Cruise had sent me the wrong colour of scarf although the correct colour was stated on the invoice, confirmation email and label attach to the scarf. When I went back on to the website the correct colour that I had ordered was no longer on the website. I was also not notified of the change to my order. I did send an equiry via email but have yet to hear a response.

The fitting of the clothes are awful. Sleeves on the arms are too short, length of tops/T-shirt’s are too short. If you’re 5ft 5 and 18st then they’ll be a perfect fit. Maybe try making some for 6ft 4+ and slim.. overall, over priced for poor fitting!

I will never use Cruise again. Bought very expensive Victoria Beckham dress that didn’t suit. I had to pay the return postage!!! No thank you.

As of now I still haven’t received my purchase, the delivery service is poor using dpd, it says delivered but I got nothing and when reaching to dpd, they said it’s all reflected in the tracking status. Is this some sort of scam??

Received polo shirt with a tear and it has been worn with tags removed and left loose in the packaging. Have to pay for the return postage. Not happy.😔

After paying for next day delivery on my jumper on thr 13th, i am still waiting on it it was supposed to be delivered on the 15th but just received a email on the 17th to say it has been dispatched here we are on the 21st and it still hasn't arrived and my tracking says dpd haven't received the parcel, I have sent 2 emails with no reply and am really thinking the service is ridiculous 🙄

Didn’t offer a refund only credit note, during pandemic situation when every other business is offering cash refunds, will look to take my business elsewhere in future , disgraceful way to treat people

Extremely disappointed. My order came almost a week late spoiling my daughters 21st. The Trainers are 2 different sizes! Shocking service for Trainers that cost almost £300. Feels like I’ve been ripped off.

Delivery is ridiculously over priced 6.99 and I had to return something and had to pay for the return myself also, considering the expense of most of your items I would of thought a more reasonable price for delivery and a free return
