Nothing short of abysmal! Ordered clothes for next day delivery at 10am for going on holiday 2 days later and still never showed up before I went away. Never again.

Ordered an xl Lanvin long sleeved top. The top is no larger than a medium. I can't seem to find a viable way of returning this product??

Order addressed to wrong address, eventually delivered 4 days late, and 4 blocks away (can’t even put correct to pick it up from), underwear package was opened, SERIOUSLY SHOULD BE FREE DELIVERY TOO

Not happy at all. Have had two issues on separate orders without any reply from cruise. One dirty jacket arrived. The last order never arrived at all!! Delivered to wrong address. No response either occasion. Mark 07899985059

Hi , I have been shopping with Cruise fashion for a very long time ! The order took a very long time, you dont have a customer service number anymore and my Gucci tshirt came without invoice and in a plastic bag without Cruise black sachet ! Not great ! I know this covid time is very difficult and that is exactly why you should try harder with your customers ! I love your company but the last experience was a little scary ! Merci ! Anna

Ordered a t shirt for next day delivery and paid £9.99 for the privilege. It didn't arrive until 3 days later. Emailed them complaining, but I have been completely ignored. Never again.

Place my order on 30th July , 4weeks later and I’m still waiting. Contact cruise through their chat website and were extremely rude, also emailed them and still waiting for a reply!!

I paid next day delivery £10 but parcel came after 2 days. I am a very loyal customer of cruise and have been for many many years. Absolutely appalled by this service......

I ordered something next day delivery for my fiancé’s birthday and received 6 days later, with no apology or compinsation. This was past his birthday and ruined it, the gentleman Dean I spoke to wasnt pleasant or helpful in anyway.

Ordered the same jumper twice and it was wrong twice. I have had to pay £40 for postage and packaging witch I hope gets refunded. To me once is a mistake but twice is daylight robbery. Rest assured I will NEVER be shopping with yous again and I will be advising friends and family dont either.

I am very disapponted :(, ordered luxury Valentino bag. It came in poor thin bag without any protection material, it was scratched as bag got damaged. But also i got very disapointed as such a luxurious item came without original valentino box, it came in a very thin package like items from Aliexpress.

I contacted as one of the products I received was marked when it arrived. I contacted customer services and they just said send it back with no apology for the inconvenience. On top of this the postage was not included so I have to pay because you are unable to keep your products clean which is poor customer service.
