My first order with Cruise fashion went… My first order with Cruise fashion went good. I ordered a pair of Balenciaga shoes and received it 3 days later. For my second order I place an order of 9 pairs (almost £4.000) . One day later I placed an order for 2 more pairs. this is where it all went wrong with their service. The last order with the 2 shoes arrived after 6 days. One of the item came incomplete without dust bags and spare laces. Nothing major but not the best service. Now 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my large order which still has not even been shipped. Contacting their customer service through Instagram or Facebook doesn't help and they won't even reply. 2 days ago I received a reply from cs'@'sportsdirect.com (so totally different from cruisefashion). I understand that it's same company but very confusing for a lot of people. People; Please be aware Cruise Fashion IS THE SAME as Flannels. Don't be fooled. same website/ same stock just the looks of the website are different. Contacting Flannels doesn't help either and they just tell to contact Cruise Fashion again. HORRIBLE service by CRUISEFASHION, SPORTSDIRECT & FLANNELS

Shock at the cost of retuning Jimmy Choo trainers that where too big . Cruise wanted Royal Mail tracked delivery £28 . Never again will I order from this store when they insist on tracked returns at the senders cost.

I ordered on 17/5/20. The dpd delivery driver left the parcel at my bins in full view of everyone and it was took. We’re now on 18/6/20 and still no correspondence from cruise or refund. Despicable customer service levels!!!!!!

I ordered a pink stoneisland jumper twice now and both occasions I was refunded the next day as it wAsnt in stock, I only reordered it again as I presumed weeks later it was now back in stock , why are you advertising stock you aren’t holding in your warehouse,

I bought pair of Vega men’s trainers. Arrived in timely fashion but had a mark on one of the laces , I complained waited for a reply and what I call a miserly offer of a percent off next purchase , not fair in my view still awaiting resolution... it’s the internet one needs to work quicker. Not good not happy

Ordered Ralph Lauren joggers and received but label states these are nightwear, clearly not as advertised as cannot wear these outside as actually pyjama bottoms!!! This is false advertising and I’ve had to pay for delivery and return, not impressed!!!!!

I ordered some trainers they came without the lace . Tried to contact customer service . But no customer services available due to Covid . No on line chat. Even though they tell you there is . So ended up sending a letter . Absolute joke .

The incorrect item came and i have returned it, haven’t received an email confirming i have got my money back, won’t be ordering the correct top until i receive a confirmation email

Placed order never received goods despite courier stating was delivered customer service not taking phone calls sent 2 emails no response from cruise customer service issue still not resolved..have made several purchases from cruise never any problems can’t believe how bad the customer care is and will give serious consideration about future spending if my matter is not resolved satisfactorily..contact no 07572165601

Very very bad services. I ordered 3 weeks ago goods in total amount of 428 £ and till now i didn’t received nothing. I try to contact them via e-mail, facebook , phone and nobody answered. I am very disapointed of this brand.

The driver from courier service was poor . First time iv had issues with my delivery. But to be honest something didn’t match up . As I got a text to say item delivered at 19-20 but the delivery address closed at 18-00 so was wondering how it was delivered at that time So called DPD office the following day to be told GPS in van was saying item dropped off at wrong address then suddenly item turns up at my delivery address something funny there

I place an order on 7th May in total amount of 500 euro and till now i didn’t received my items.Last update at my order is awaiting courier pickup. I have sent 3 e-mail , I wrote on facebook and nobody answered me.They are not serious
