Placed order never received goods despite courier stating was delivered customer service not taking phone calls sent 2 emails no response from cruise customer service issue still not resolved..have made several purchases from cruise never any problems can’t believe how bad the customer care is and will give serious consideration about future spending if my matter is not resolved satisfactorily..contact no 07572165601

Very very bad services. I ordered 3 weeks ago goods in total amount of 428 £ and till now i didn’t received nothing. I try to contact them via e-mail, facebook , phone and nobody answered. I am very disapointed of this brand.

The driver from courier service was poor . First time iv had issues with my delivery. But to be honest something didn’t match up . As I got a text to say item delivered at 19-20 but the delivery address closed at 18-00 so was wondering how it was delivered at that time So called DPD office the following day to be told GPS in van was saying item dropped off at wrong address then suddenly item turns up at my delivery address something funny there

I place an order on 7th May in total amount of 500 euro and till now i didn’t received my items.Last update at my order is awaiting courier pickup. I have sent 3 e-mail , I wrote on facebook and nobody answered me.They are not serious

Complaint made through the website 12/05/2020 and still waiting for a response. Purchased some Paul and shark trainers and when they arrived they had a small chunk taken from the left trainer. Cruise is a reputable business and Paul & shark are a high quality “designer”. how did my trainers manage to arrive at my door in poor condition? I don’t want the hassle of sending them back but I do want some sort of compensation. Picture attached

I ordered a suit & only the jacket was delivered. The feedback page didn’t allow me to send a message and my email to customer service is as yet unanswered

I have wrote an email to your customer services team and have recieved no reply. This is querying a £200 jumper that I have not recieved but yous have taken the money out of my bank. I'm keen to get a reply, understandably.

I ordered two hats one by mistake. Tried to cancel it straight away but got an email three days later after saying I was two late to cancel . So I got charged £6.99 twice plus a return postage fee. So basically I was conned out if £10 because you are to slow to read emails

I put in an order and never received it, emailed about it and never heard back about my missing order and the money is still out of my account. All I want is the product i ordered with the very expensive delivery of £6.99. Which I might add I never even got back either

I ordered a top which was supposed to be xxxl which it did say on the tag but on the top it was xxxxl which was too big and had to pay 3.70 to send it back so not good not impressed and I even paid for next day delivery which was the wrong size

Poor Customer service! I was sent the wrong size and sent 4 emails and tried to use the chat (no ones replies or gets back to you) I also contacted them via twitter and Instagram and no one come back to me! Poor customer service so I had to send my order back and request a refund!l cost cost me £11 and I didn’t get Reimbursed for that ether!

Ordered a stone island jumper and a cp company kids T-shirt came in stead, which was from flannels, now I can’t get hold of anyone to get my correct order or my money back as no one will answer

I ordered this item on 6th may for next day delivery for a birthday present, i was then informed that it had missed the trailer and could not be delivered until the 11th which meant i had missed the birthday, i have still not received the item as of today (12th may) dpd the delivery service informed me it has gone missing and have raised an investigation but i had to contact seller for update, i have sent 2 emails and had no reply, where is my order? And i want full refund of delivery charges
