Not impressed with the quality of material received. Had to refund. Given the price Also the delivery charges are irrelevantly expensive and even the return is on our own cost.

I had the worst of experience this time. Had my eye on a fendi jacket for boys in April missed out on the April 20% promotion so I waited for the next promotion while waiting the jacket was out of stock.I emailed and was told to check regularly and so I did nearly 5-6 times a day and it eventually came back in stock late April then waited for the next promotional code and some reason felt the need to check 3 am in the morning on the 30 April and surprisingly the size and the code both was live so I was really happy and it was also my son’s birthday who the jacked was for so I paid extra for next day delivery. It. It came in the post and guess what it was supposed to be hazel and yellow clearly says on the invoice and it was hazel and pink the girls version. Since it was the lockdown there’s no way of contacting them other then the web chat which usually takes 2-3 hours to connect. Because I have vulnerable people in the house I can’t go out to post it back so Luckily the gay in the web chat managed for someone to collect it the same day. As it was Friday they probably won’t receive it till Monday and I also requested an exchange for the right colour. So they must have received it back on Monday without and explanation they just refunded the money not the delivery charge that I paid extra to get on time. I was really upset because I really wanted this item waited so long to get the code and for it to come in stock and I felt like they just didn’t care and just refunded the money. I would have really appreciated an a email of explanation of it being out of stock or may be offering an alternative item or even a discount for future buy for all the inconvenience that they had cause. Was really left appalled this time not good from such reputable retailer won’t be using them again!!!!

I ordered a pair of balenciagas and I got sent the wrong ones, to then be told the ones I ordered hadn’t actually been in stock for months! It’s pure and utter careless and I will not be buying from cruise in the future. Also false advertising with the 20% off as it is only for smaller cheaper brands. Extremely unsatisfied!

Item came with two white marks on it, I’ve requested a refund but waiting to hear back from which ever company it is, Cruise? Flannels or House of Fraser.

Ordered a phone case on the cruise website the case was labelled for an iPhone 11 and when it got delivered it was for the iPhone 11 Pro

First time using this company! Awful service, no one helped to resolve the issues with a system error that I encountered on the website. The 'Customer Service' team was abysmal I would of got a better response talking to a brick wall. Even spending a lot of money doesn't make any difference then to top it off I had to pay for P&P to return the item I brought.

I paid for next day delivery and the item didn't arrive until the day after that so i wasted 9 pounds. I had to return as the item still had the electronic tag on it so i couldn't have worn the item. As it happens the size was wrong so i had to return. I have yet to receive a replacement item.

The garment I thought I was ordering ie.(picture of display) had the wrong name and description attached to it.!! So I got a completely different item than I ordered! The website has a few discrepancies, And packaging was torn ! Plus no invoice attached?! Poor service.

Very unhappy with the situation. Today after waiting for 22 days, it was the day I was going to get my parcel. I never received my parcel. No one informed me the reason i did not get it. I’m very disappointed.

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a pair of jimmy choo trainers and the wrong size was sent due to Cruise’s error. I contacted cruise via email and I got no response. I then had to return the shoes at my own cost £11 special delivery for an exchange. I am a regular cruise customer and have found this experience very disappointing.

Unfortunately the top I order still had the security tag on, so I had to return it. As this was a gift for a birthday, by the time I received it back the date I needed it was was past!

Would not order again. Ordered a pair of Alexander McQueens and they were faulty and the box was all ripped. Shocking for the amount of money paid.

My first time with that retailer. Extortionate delivery prices. Time for returning goods: the cheapest paper label to attached to my parcel and I am supposed to cover the costs of returns. Absolutely disappointing of how much different this is from very basic and cheap retailers and the way the business worked for many UK ones. I am returning all and would not be returning as the level of customer service is appalling. Even on a sale you cannot justify ripping off customers for deliveries of £7 and no costs covered for returns in days when people can only shop online! Would not recommend Cruise Fashion. Its a shame I cannot five you 0 stars.

Shocking, sent wrong order with a product that was £30 cheaper than original order. Then I sent it back which cost me £7.50, only to be told it is out of stock and I am to get a refund, which will result in overall being out of pocket for a mistake that was not my own. I then emailed detailing about my loss which was completely ignored, not happy and not impressed.

There was a system error that resulted in one of the items ordered being the wrong size. I realised as soon as I received the order confirmation. I sent 2 messages asking for my order to be cancelled if the correct size was not available but have not heard back. The order was received with the wrong sized item which now has to be returned.
