So 2 hours after I placed my order cruise offered 20% off everything , I did email to ask if that there was anything they would do as it was the same day I’d placed the order. No response. As a regular customer in store when I’m in the Uk it’s disappointing. Also the current parcel I’m awaiting has been printed without the correct house number on it and I’m struggling to contact the courier

I placed an order last week to have one of the items not delivered and the money refunded which was fine but I then reordered the same item and it was delivered but I had to pay double postage and packaging when I could of just had them both in the same delivery

Ordered £449 trainers and £6.99 delivery, had to pay postage to return if £11, this isn’t a great service especially when item isn’t available in the shop and you have to return online as shop won’t accept them back

Revived the wrong size and after a quick response from CS I've sent the top back and heard nothing since, even after repeated emails. This has gone on for over 5 weeks now. Not acceptable.

No communication after purchasing product online. Impossible to deal with. Previously bought from Cruise. Unlikely to buy again as no customer service or anyway of contacting them once you transact if there is a problem.

Ordered Armani purse noted as Leather. Same product on another site noted as synthetic. Requested immediate cancellation on user account which does not function. Sent 6 E mails to request cancellation prior to shipping. Product arrived and as anticipated it is synthetic. No response to any E mails. International shipping has cost £20 + time wasted. Returning product and expect Cruise will do the right thing and compensate all shipping fees due to misdescription. They need to learn to respond to clients within a given timeframe. It’s now 10 days since original request with no phone number and they don’t answer E mails.

Next day delivery arrived at the same length of time as standard delivery because of a delay! Next day was essential due to the item being a birthday present - not happy at all and I only got refunded the extra money I paid for next day delivery rather than a courtesy of getting the full delivery for free. No courtesy is shown from cruise.

I paid for next day delivery and it came 4 days later I have since asked for my money back without any reply! I use cruise a lot but will have second thoughts from now on

Dear, Although it is item From the sales, İ at least expected to receive the item in a good covered packaging. I am truly disappointed the way I’ve received my order! Both the plastic packaging and the shirt were wrinkled upon receipt. Truly, would you be happy if you would receive your item in an unseen state? Not happy!

Horrible service. Just the worst. I ordered some items a month ago and I still don’t have any updates about where my order is. I live in the us and I’m starting to think you guys are a scam after seeing all the bad reviews online. What a disappointment

Bought a top for £285 pounds was told that DPD had picked it up now they say they haven’t contacted both of yous and no further forward apart from being out of pocket Cheers Thomas

They sent to me a tracking number that don’t even exist. I tried to contact them through emails since their phone doesn’t work. But they don’t answer any of my emails. Today is exactly 3 weeks since i make an order and still no package. Im planning to take contact with the police cause atleast they need to pay back my 380£. I do not recommend this webstite!

I am a very frequent customer at cruise.... been going there for years. I really was really surprised this time as it was the first time when customer service were so abrupt and didn’t really seem to care. I had ordered two pair of shoes and for some reason didn’t go through with the extra twenty percent off , I called and was abruptly told sorry there wasn’t any faulteith system as if I was lying and we don’t care . I was gutted as I loved them . This all happened last week .

On my last order I payed extra for next day delivery and did not get the item to 2 days later very disappointed will not be shopping with yous again👎🏻
