This is site is not as good as before. You can’t contact them through email or by phone lately. Even tho I have wrote to them a few times.

Item was lost in delivery and has taken 3 phone calls to customer service to find that out. Promised a replacement but up until now no emails or texts to confirm this. Waste of time.

Took back shoes worth £441 but I couldn’t get my money back I got a voucher .I will never buy anything from the shop again .

Very disappointed , got the wrong product and when I went it the store for advice the staff were very unhelpful and rude , don’t shop here avoid

Disgusting service. I paid for next day delivery and arrived 6 days later. Was told by customer service agent it would arrive on the following day and then they stopped answering me. I requested a cancellation and they ignored and sent the items

Ordered ICON cap. No mention anywhere it was a kids cap. Now I’ve paid £6.99 delivery and will have to pay return postage costs. You need to label your items clearly! Terrible service!

bought a t shirt and payed for next day delivery, item did not come next day but infact came 3 days later due to DPD. I sent an email requesting me money back for my next day delivery as it did not come next day and i am still waiting on an email back.

Poor feedback this time to be honest. Bought x2 pairs of shoes then got told one pair out of stock after order made and paid. Paid for next day delivery... despite being given the delivery date they didn’t arrive until day after. The pair that arrived were too small so popped into Newcastle branch to try exchange sizes to save time. None in stock at Newcastle so system was checked and was told to go straight to MetroCentre branch where there were x2 pairs in correct size and colour. Made my way to Gateshead... the size and colour was not in stock at all. Big waste of time. Would have expected better from Cruise/ Flannels.

Had to send a tshirt back n exchange for bigger size 2 weeks later I’m still waiting ??? Delivery n 2 send stuff back far 2 expensive !!!!!!

Was quite disappointed with my order the jackets label was hanging off in the inside of the jacket and the trainers are old displays as the right foot one has lot of creases in it and the left foot has none so not really impressed

Hi, I ordered a Hugo Boss suit from you. It arrived in a plastic bag. What a terrible way to package a suit. Well, it was supposed to be a suit. Unfortunately the jacket and trousers were completely different sizes. I have no idea how this can happen, but it tells me quite clearly that the suits are not being well looked after. And that's even before they get sent out in a plastic bag. I had numerous e-mails with one of your Customer Service people. Unfortunately she got quite a lot of things wrong in our communications. I really don't know if she was just making things up or if she was being given incorrect information by somebody else. Overall, my experience with Cruise has been absolutely appalling. As things stand, I very much doubt if I would consider purchasing from Cruise again. I look forward to hearing from you.

I’ve shopped with cruises for many years now , but the standard has dropped for me I got a T-shirt next day delivery and it didn’t arrive for 4 days no 1 called me not to mention the T-shirt was well oversized now I’ve got to wait another 4 or 5 days to get my money back the inconvenience is unnecessary if there was more details . And I’ve still not had my next day refunded. Poor service to me for the money you charge . David Beattie

Ordered a phone case for my sons birthday and paid £10 next day delivery it didn’t arrive I was refunded the delivery fee but nearly a week later and several emails I had had no phone case and no answers until I said I was taking the matter further the money suddenly appeared in my bank for the phone case and an email stating the parcel had been damaged in transit and couldn’t be sold

Yous sent out wrong jacket ( £625 ) but charged me £1350 for the Jacket I was supposed to get, tried calling yous for 4 days to be put onto computer and told I was 2and in the que this did not change to 1st or even an answer! Each time I was over 50 mins waiting then the phone would cut off! 4 times this happened I emailed yous no reply! I've sent everything back and finally got someone on the phone yesterday named Dean it also cost me a further £17.70 to send this back to yous, it's the worst service I've ever received from an online shop I spend £2,357 with yous. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.

The last 5 orders I have placed with use have been full of mistakes: - security tags left on jumper - wrong jacket, size and colour sent - wrong trainers sent and size - a damaged hat sent - faulty trainers sent
