Took 8 days to arrive! No explanation, had to return as it was ordered for a holiday, which I was on when it arrived. The last time I purchased from them and paid expensive postage they only sent one item, a t-shirt, no explanation why the item I really wanted, the coat didn’t arrive! Poor service

Terrible. No response to e mail sent poor correspondence. Making me think twice about purchasing from you again. And over two hours wasted trying to get through to customer services via phone, makes me wonder how many others complaining via phone. Very in happy customer.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. The first one Timberland I received has nothing to do with the on picture of the shoes. The one I received was not leather. Second one, I ordered was 41 and it came 45. The third one was much smaller than I ordered. I returned all of them and they are asking me to pay £13 Parcelforce postage Never again!

Dreadful customer service. Took my payment then proceeded to send me the entirely wrong item. I had to go to the inconvenience of returning this to a local store then contacting Cruise 3 times to investigate where exactly my original item was. That was a week ago & I’m still waiting - with no useful information. Will never use this company again

A pair of sliders I purchased online arrived in store and had been previously worn and were dirty. The store attended couldn’t care less and advised I would have to do an online return. I asked her to check if any other stores nearby had them as I required them for a birthday gift the next day. Absolutely ridiculous service, staff need training on how to assist clients and the fact that the order value was high and I was still charged delivery to the store. Pathetic. Would not rate this store at all and certainly won’t purchase again in future.

Absolutely shocking from start to. I ordered a stone island jumper for my husbands birthday, money was taken and 5 minutes later I was advised it wasn’t in stock and I had to wait up to 5 working days for the money to be refunded. Despite this the website still remained to show his size was in stock. When I got my money back I then ordered 2 jumpers (Vivienne Westwood and CP). The delivery arrived but had been split - I had not been made aware of this. By this point my husbands birthday had passed. Eventually the second part of the order arrived, the CP jumper. As soon as I took it out the bag I immediately noticed there was a mark on the front. Not only is it’s shocking that something so expensive had been dispatched with a mark, someone had tried to remove the mark (unsuccessfully) and as a result the colour had been affected in that area and was now a white patch! We then tried to return this jumper to the Edinburgh store to be told, before even explaining the situation or taking the item out the bag, the lady abruptly told us they don’t do returns! This I know is a lie as my brother in law had been in returning an item last week with no issues. After the shocking service I refuse to pay to return this item, I have spent enough with Cruise. Please can you arrange for a manager to contact me (07725512700) ASAP to resolve.

Ordered boss trainers and when they came they were obviously already used, muddy and torn, sent them straight back and now waiting for your response, they was also a debit credit card receipt in with them from another shop, very disappointed

Terrible service. Ordered a mans jumper well over a week ago. What arrived was a pair of womens pool sliders! Spent 40 minutes on the phone waiting to get through to someone to get it resolved to be told they will pick the sliders up the next day and arrange next day delivery for the jumper.... I'm still waiting! And it was for a birthday present which has now long passed.

Very bad service, ordered a pair of trainers, trainers came one pair was fresh and the pair was damaged and was yellow instead of being white I sent them back, I paid for a brand new pair of trainers, not one from the shelf

Do not alert you that refunds only allow credit notes, explained the item was faulty and still was only given credit note.Horrendous customer support.
