Horrible customer service been trying to get an issue sorted for over a week now. Won’t be shopping with cruise again

Cancelled my order after 3 hours of ordering. I had ordered the wrong item. Nothing was sent or packed yet; but customer service told me they could do nothing. Over the next days, the item was shipped to the Netherlands, just for me to pick it up and then on top pay postal fees and send it back immediately. All that could have been avoided by customer service having access to their sales systems. Disappointing service.

I bought a coat in the sale and asked for it to be delivered to a local click and collect DPD point which was listed on the Cruise website. Unknown to me that DPD collection point was no longer active and Cruise apparently tried to deliver it 3 times and then cancelled my order and refunded me. Surely someone could have contacted me to organise a different delivery basis. I was very annoyed because the coat was at a very good sale price. Thankfully the coat came back in stock and I had it delivered to the Flannels flagship store in London.

I ordered trainers from this company which I received without the spare laces that you usually get with Valentino trainers, I have emailed customer services numerous times but no one gets back to you. Sadly I’ve only just seen the other bad reviews regarding Cruise Fashion if I had seen it before I wouldn't have order from them! Terrible customer service

No stock in store have to order online delivery charges are outrageous and delivery times even worse. Can get next day delivery from other stores for less than what cruise charge for standard and took 7 days for delivery

Absolutely shocking delivery time and very little communication as to where my parcel is still awaiting my parcel which was ordered last year still not notified as to where it is or what had happened to it

Not a happy customer! I ordered Alexander McQueen trainers in a uk size 3 and paid for delivery. I received a size 5 and when calling up the man I spoke to said I would have to come to the store and do an exchange to get the 3 therefore defeating the purpose of delivery. I also asked if the shoes could have been put on hold to which he said ‘na, we don’t do that!’ I said it wasn’t my fault the wrong size of shoes had been delivered and the reply I got was ‘well there is not much else I can do about it’. I ended up going to Flannels as it was closer to home and the gentleman I spoke to was exceptional nice and helpful. He couldn’t stop apologising much to the dismay of Cruise. He said if I had called flannels out of courtesy they would have put them past for me. Although the supervisor in flannels couldn’t do anything about the delivery as it was online he did give me the customer service number to contact. Flannels I could not fault, Cruise on the other hand . . .

Hi to be honest I’m not happy with the service as I still haven’t received my order after paying the £6.99 for next day delivery to my selected store, I have phoned customer services who told me they will deal with my order & that they would get back to me about it via email & I still haven’t heard where my order is or when it will be available for collection so to be honest I’m actually quite disappointed!!!!

Bought boots online, money was taken from my account for them, supposedly next day delivery, did not arrive. Four days later got an automated email saying the boots were out of stock. Was two more days before money refunded and no human interaction from a customer service agent to explain or offer an alternative. Shouldn’t show items as available to buy unless they are and shouldn’t take money unless you have the stock available to dispatch.

Awful experience. Products ordered and paid for 11 days before Christmas arrived, 9 days after. Customer Service contacted on 21st (with a 45 minute wait on hold) and promised to escalate the delivery for the next working day or to provide an explanation by email that it wasn’t arriving in time to be a present. No email received. Another long hold to customer service to be told that it wasn’t being delivered, but no explanation as to why not. Very disappointing. I’ve no doubt they were incredibly busy and similarly don’t doubt that I was not the biggest of customers. That said, a little professionalism, a little bit of explanation and the merest attempt at proactive communication would have avoided what instead became a dereliction of any attempt at customer service. The product when it arrived was excellent, but had already had a replacement from another company take its place on Christmas Day. You live an learn as to which companies to trust with your business.

My online experience has been fine. Cruise in general is an example of a business that does the bare minimum in terms of customer experience e.g. no refunds for store bought goods (this is the only reason I bought something online, I had a credit note from returning something to store). This is what is killing the high street, why would anyone go to a store. Now I will go into Cruise or House of Fraser to browse or try things on but I will not buy from them (not even online). In times when corporate social responsibility, fair work practices and the like are more important than ever - M1ike Ashley epitomises the old school model of greed and seems to be rewarded for it. Aside from this, I would expect crappy service in a store like Sports Direct but in a luxury store (competitor to harrods, harvey nics, selfridges etc) the customer experience should be front and centre (particularly in store). Customers are paying for something special. Anyway, the upshot is that I would recommend that customers stay away from any of MA's businesses, you can find all of the products in other stores online, just shop around.

Appalling. Amateurish. Possessed of delusions of grandeur. Owned by that monster who owns JD sports and it shows. 700 quid coat delivered in a poly bag and no returns in store.
