Can’t return or exchange online items in store

Bought a jumper recently as an Xmas present that arrived ripped. Customer services told me it would take up to 2 weeks for new item to be delivered had to also pay recorded delivery which means I have now spent £155 on a jumper and £9.98 on delivery and still have no jumper.. ridiculous.

Dreadful customer service 3 emails before they actually got in touch. If the couriers can't deliver to the shop that the customer has asked for, why can't they get in touch and ask if they want it delivered to there address.

Delivery is appalling. Tried to order into store for free delivery and voucher but no longer an option for Northern Ireland even though they opened a New Flannels. So paid for home delivery got a text to say parcel will be delivered Christmas Eve. Perfect!! Come Christmas Eve no parcel no update so l check dhl website only to see its sitting in a depot up the road and won’t be delivered until 27th December. The item l ordered was my sons Christmas present. So unfortunately l can’t write a review about the item as it didn’t arrive!!! When delivery is paid for l expect it to be on time.

I ordered the wrong item and emailed minutes later asking to cancel my order. It took over a day for someone to reply to tell me it was too late to cancel because it was already being processed ... if my email had been picked up when I sent it this wouldn’t have been the case. I showed clear dissatisfaction in my reply and no one ever responded to me. This is appalling customer service! I then had to wait a WEEK!!!!!! for the item to be delivered to then repost it back. I spent £6+ for the delivery (which I wanted to cancel!) and then an additional £3 to return it! I am livid and will NEVER order from this site again! What a poor poor experience and a complete waste of my money. I will ensure that I make sure people I know know not to order from you. Shocking customer service and a shocking way to run a company.

Disappointed. The item I ordered was incorrect. Instead of a ladies jumpsuit, I received a nans jumper. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

Ordered a size 7 sliders for a christmas present and a size 6 was sent.. The gift was spoilt. Showing only size 7 left online i thought my luck was in but when the gift was unwrapped and tried on for size it was me who looked a right nob head. Unacceptable

Item was ordered nearly 2 weeks before Christmas as Christmas present. Still hasn’t arrived as it took nearly 2 weeks to dispatch. Very poor service.

Charged over £100 no product sent paid for next day delivery and 4 days later it’s still in warehouse Called to speak to customer service who hung up on me 8 days later still waiting on a refund Shambles of a company

Lucky to get a star at this point. I have emailed several time’s & had no reply. Been in a queue on the phone for 30 minutes. Ordered on the 17th for a next day delivery & it’s the 24th and still hasn’t arrived

Took my money for an item that never arrived ,still waiting for it back ,spent nearly 2 hours on hold waiting to speak to someone who told me a replacement would be sent next day delivery, 30 minutes later I received an email to say the item was out of stock.

Firstly ordered something from here and paid £10 for next day delivery. It didn't come next day and they sent me the wrong product. On top of this I had to pay £10 to send back my order. Awful service. Customer service responds within days. Would never order from them again.

Is this a joke? Your customer service has been absolutely appalling. Still waiting for a reply from numerous emails sent. Still waiting for my correct item to be delivered to me after you sent the wrong one. Still waiting on any correspondence. God help me if I need to exchange anything else.

Terrible!! My parcel has been signed for and I have not received it?? When using webchat to try and find out where my parcel is they disconnect me. Extremely disappointed and would like a refund as still no sign of my parcel!

Extremely unhappy with the service received! Placed an order only to be notified days later 1 item was out of stock. Checked website & was still showing as available so I tried to order it again with success. The “out of stock” item is out for delivery & ive been charged 2 delivery charges. Poor stock control & im really disappointed at sending over £500 but yet have still had to pay 2 delivery fees!
