Was sold a 2nd hand jacket. Marks on it and was obviously work previously and sent back, only tag was the one around the zip, came in a clear ripped bag as its packaging. Still on going with emails have had the jacket 5 days and am still awaiting a solution, very poor

The trainers I ordered arrived in a damaged box. I emailed Customer service. They eventually responded and said I could return them but as it is so close to Christmas I might not have them in time. I am still waiting on them to reply to my email about a discount instead.

I was very disappointed with both the packaging and the price I was charged on the navy and black t-shirts as the bags were both torn and although I paid £39 per t-shirt the price tag showed £32? Photos attached. Great to hear your comments. Regards Heather Gawley

Sadly I ordered a cap for my 12 yr old son. his main xmas present. I ordered it to be deliverd to the local store and had an email to say it was delayed, then another email a week later to say it had been returned as it could not be delivered. No email to say it was waiting or a call. Upon emailing your team they advised for me to re order however it was not available. I have since emailed the team again and no explanation what to do. My son took hours deciding which cap and now sadly just before xmas i can't find another We are a regular cruise on line customer and sadly i will not be returning as i am still at a loss claire Porter

I originally order my item in store only after many different excuses I was told my order could not be honoured. My shoes were also £20 more expensive online ( Glasgow 11037604270 Gucci ace a/ over gg £405)

As a loyal customer I’m a extremely disappointed in this order. I already complained about the length of time for Order to delivery. But yesterday I received my order and only 2 items were delivered. Missing the important items which I wanted for Xmas. I sent an email yesterday but not had a response yet. I will be expecting a positive response from your team. If it’s not corrected by today I will need to go somewhere else to buy these items as I need them ASAP. Regards. Brian

Communications are just awful, my order of 8 items came on three separate days a week apart, the first parcel had just two items in it, no notification of what was happening with the rest at all and you just can’t get through on the phone, send an email and it took 4 days to get a response!!

Never received item took two weeks for cruise to say I told dpd yo leave item safe which I never did so I am going to have to fight to try and get my money back poor poor customer service

Not impressed with the £6.99 delivery charge even if picking up from a Cruise store. Also after I had completed my purchase (£260 + delivery) I saw I was entitled to free delivery but sad ingrown that’s wasn’t an option. Have sent a request to customer services for a refund but heard nothing. Am just about to phone. Not good enough - it’s wasting my time.

Bought trainers on the basis that you recieved £100 voucher on the Black Friday sales if you spent over £500. Even recieved an email afterwards saying I’d recieve voucher before 6th December. When no voucher arrived customer services said Valentino excluded. Joke.

I received these shoes for my sons birthday after paying over £400 for them and this is the condition I received them in and cruise offered £10 as a good will and for me to keep the trainers. I am so disappointed

Contacted customer services as got email about free delivery a few hours after I placed an order. Told because I chose shop delivery I was not eligible for refund . I thought shop delivery would be the quickest but I have now been waiting 8 days for my goods . Been into Glasgow shop and was told it might be 10 to 15 days to get shop delivery . Who in their right mind thinks it is ok to charge customers £6 delivery for a 15 day wait at Christmas.To make matters worse I have been told that we cannot authorise anyone else to collect items as pick up will be difficult next week. I usually buy presents from Reiss 2 to 3 day delivery time for free. Not to mention helpful service. Very unhappy at stressful time .

Ordering and speed of delivery was good. However the product we viewed online and ordered was not the product we received. This is actually the second time of ordering these same shoes. We had already ordered firstly from flannels, same thing happened and we sent them back. So basically you and what I’m assuming is your sister company are false advertising a product you haven’t got in stock £13.98 in delivery fees and we have a product we didn’t want. Joke is you know your false advertising and haven’t changed the photos to represent the true product. Surely that’s against trading standards?

Having placed an order for a shirt on 4/12/19 and paid £6.99 postage I consider it poor that I have not yet received the item. The tracking information has been sparse and I have now wasted 2 days waiting for promised delivery on 10/12 and 11/12. This evening I note the delivery date has now changed again to 13/12. Not the way to retain customers.

I bought a Moncler coat for £595, i paid for next day delivery (I didn't get next day delivery) i rang and chased this and was promised a refund of my £9.95 for the next day delivery (I haven't had a refund), i received the item a week later in a bag with no box or Moncler paperwork! I was told I would receive a voucher for £100 as my order was over £500 via email (I haven't had one), the girls in customer service were polite but your system is terrible, wont shop with Cruise again, I'll stick Matchesfashion or Farfetch in future.
