Been waiting for a parcel from cruise for over a week now. Been told that the courier has it when infact they don’t so I’m not a happy customer. DPD have tracked all their parcels and not one of them is my one as they don’t have the parcel number

Sorry Cruise I have been a customer who has spent a lot over the years but having chose you over other shops Black Friday deals you have let me down. The £100 code for spending over £500 has not been delivered as promised. Ignoring emails and no one answering calls. Always says second in queue! This is surely not acceptable. I won’t spend any more money here unless this is remedied.

Every year I shop over £1000 on clothes for my 2 boys from your store. This year I bought 2 jumpers to the price of £527 to be told I won’t receive the voucher I’ve had no problem with on the same clothing line every year. Honestly will not ever be returning to your store as can buy elsewhere the same range. Was a great deal every year to have a voucher for one of the kids to choose own gift. Rather spend money in other store from now on.

Box was bashed to bits was also so dusty aswell which I find unusual, useally just shop in store but to spend 690 on heels n be delivered like that as there a Xmas present was a bit disappointed tbh as I shop in store a lot

Disappointed with refund policy, also packing of products arrives dirty or broken. Delivery service is nothing like buying directly from brands

Use Cruise all year round and I made a purchase over £500 and still waiting on my voucher for £100 , I have other thing worth over £600 in my basket and wanted to use the voucher! I have sent a email to customer services on Friday and still waiting for a response! The voucher was meant to be with my at noon on Friday .

I ordered a Gucci jumper and the condition it was sent to me was absolutely disgusting! -No labels on the garment -Garment looked used - Mark on the garment - Still no refund received YET

Not happy at all spent £1065 on the Black Friday offer to be told not entitled to voucher because I bought brands , forgive me if I’m wrong but most of the stock cruise sells is brands

Still have not received my 100 voucher for spending over £500 on Black Friday. And one of the polo shirts I received is totally different from my other polo shirt I ordered which were meant to be identical apart from the colour

I have raised a complaint regarding this order it had been 4 weeks now since receiving an incorrect order. No refund no replacement . Your customer service is atrocious ! Mrs victoria lafferty

The worst service second time ordering off the site and second time I haven’t got my item. I ordered a Vivienne Westwood polo for my Christmas dinner I received a 14 year old Ralph Lauren t shirt. I have phoned the customer team to get this sorted 3 times and nothing has been done with false claims about ringing me with details. The customer service has been atrocious.

I received a package on Saturday, inside was not the item I ordered and the wrong invoice. I emailed straight away and by Monday afternoon I had not heard anything so I rang. I spoke to someone who was going to contact the customer whose order I had received he said he’d contact me by Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon I rang again as I had not heard anything and was told they would investigate this and I could not have my order until they had contacted the warehouse and customer who’s order I had. I was told I could not just return this item and get the top I ordered. On Wednesday I had an email to say they will now collect my package and once collected they will send out my order, could I give available times for collection which I did. It’s now Thursday and I have not heard anything about this package being collected. I have received no apology for Cruise mistake in mixing up the orders and there does not appear to be any urgency in getting the top I ordered out to me. Thank you

Jacket bought without original dust bag and hanger. Besides, a stain is on my jacket and nobody replied my email. Soooo terrible.
