Ordered an item, sent wrong size, ordered again sent wrong size, absolute shambles. Had to use another store, wouldn't use again.

Feeling disappointed spent over £500 on Black Friday sales was within the terms and conditions and still havint recived my voucher £100 was went to be emailed by 12 none 4 December didn’t happend such a rip off

£190 jumper ordered and came with a mark on the front. Not good. Sent back today for an exchange but had to pay £4.95 to post back to cruise!!

I ordered a top CP Company. £66:99. It arrived packed in a sandwich bag and still had the security tag attached to it. Terrible. It's going back.

I ordered my parcel on the 25/11/19 which I also paid for next day delivery I still have not received my parcel when I first contacted cruise I was told it was either lost with dpd but was defiantly sent. The following day I called again and was told it hadn’t left the warehouse and I would receive it by the 30/11/19. I did not receive my parcel and I am currently waiting. Really disappointed.

Customer service was poor waited to hear back from somebody for 9 days about a jacket I still never received and a further 3 days for a refund , girl I spoke to was very unhelpful and told me two lies. Won’t be ordering from here again

First order from Cruise and received the wrong shirt and have had to spend my time returning the item and await a refund/replacement product. Not impressed !!

Wrong product once again after the second time of ordering via Flannels/Cruise No email back for 2 weeks and no phone call after you said you would check if the product is in stock. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while

£6 for delivery when I spent over 150 pounds on a T shirt is not right especially when it’s not even on next day delivery. To make matters worse, the t shirt I ordered was covered in stains to which I had to pay another £6 to return it. Very poor.

I bought two clothes from Cruise Fashion with £6.99 as delivery cost and one of them was too big for a medium size and I called to exchange it without having to pay again for postage. I was told I have to pay. I then paid £5 to send it back for exchange and the small size I got was the same size as the medium I returned. I called customer service again to complain that it is not fair for me to pay again to return the item 2nd time when the size problem is not my fault. I eventually paid another £5 to send item back for refund. I have in total spend £17 on postage for an item of £88 and despite my complaint, customer service were rude on the two times I called. I will never shop from them again. I have been a loyal customer with my wife for over 6yrs.

I placed my first order a week ago and got an email yesterday informing me them at the item is sold out. My order had already been processed and was ready to ship. I had to contact them four times before they told me that my order had been cancelled. This is was a waste of time and money as well as a bad customer experience.

Ordered a pair of mallet trainers, they turned up in a box that looked like it bought them second hand from eBay. The box was falling apart despite being sellotaped together. Included was a shoe bag that was filthy. Having tried on the same size trainer in a store I’m not even convinced I was sent the correct size as there is no way to tell when holding the shoe. Delivery was on time but paying an excessive fee for delivery when paying so much for a luxury product is a joke and then having to pay to return them is an even bigger joke. Very disappointed and not what I expected!
