I paid for next day on Thursday and the parcel turn up on Monday wouldn't pay 9.99 it doesn't turn up on time.

After paying the £9.99 for next day delivery my purchase arrived a week later. After many emails to the sales department I was informed the purchase was on it's way and the charge for next day delivery would be payed into my account. 2 week later this has not happened.

I am unhappy with the service I received from cruise, my partner has a collection of shoes, and I'd bought him a pair of Dolce and Gabbana to add to his collection. He has a display in his room where he positions all the shoes in their boxes, it's actually became a sort of feature wall. After receiving the shoes immediately after taking them out of their packaging I noticed a stain as if coffee had been dropped on them. I'm unsure if this occurred at the depot or if they had been tried on by a prior customer, but am extremely unhappy about this. You expect a certain standard when ordering from yourself, and as a frequent customer I feel let down.

Purchased a luxury branded product as a gift and it was delivered in a crushed, dusty box. Could not return due to time frame for gift but will not be purchasing again.

I ordered £200 worth of clothes. And paid £10 for next day delivery. The clothes never arrived then and i had to go into Edinburgh and purchase different clothes instead i have received no compensation or a refund for this.

Didn’t receive the correct style of jacket I ordered. The item I bought was blue, the one delivered was red. Took 4 days for a response back regarding the item. Found out the item I originally had ordered had them run out of stock. A refund wouldn’t be processed until the item was collected back from store. 2 weeks later, I still don’t have a refund.

I ordered my item on 29th September and did not arrive until 10th October, the first time I had an acknowledgement from Cruise was 9th October. When my item arrived it was dirty, there were black marks on the front and left shoulder! This top was for my son for a special occasion which he could not wear. I have since returned the item and want a full refund. Very disappointed with the whole service and won’t be using you again!

Normally always shop with Cruise. Bought a suit and I get it without trousers, A slash on the sleeve and it looked as if it had been dragged across a warehouse floor. It was absolutely filthy. Have no idea how Cruise Fashion could possibly think that it is acceptable to post someone an order in such bad condition/pieces missing too. Definitely not wanting a replacement or credit. Wanting a total refund. Never shopping online with them again sub-standard service.

Ordered an Armani tracksuit, the bottoms came without any Armani tags on and still had the shop alarm tag attached, the top did have tags but had a hole in , the top and bottoms where screwed up and put in to a clear plastic bag. Once again no Armani packaging, this was obviously a shop soiled item or a custom return, very disappointed to say the least

You shipped the wrong item - telephone Cs team helpful but I was unable to change collection date online. Emailed twice to re arrange collection - both emails ignored! Called to arrange collection but has not taken place as yet!

The item I purchased I can’t fault at all I’m very happy with it but the £6.99 delivery I was charged and the service I received delivery wise I was shocked at. I did write to complain and got a reply that didn’t really answer or help what iv asked. I replied again the same day and I’m still waiting for a reply. If nothings done about it I will not be using cruise again if that’s the way it treats customers. I enjoy buying designer brands and never have a problem paying the price for quality. I regularly use the store in Aberdeen and occasionally online for my clothes but there’s many other places I can get the same clothes. I’d prefer not to do this but I can’t get my head around the delivery service and the reply I received.

Shocking service. Paid for next day delivery which was confirmed by email. It did not arrive within the expected timeframe - after emailing customer service the staff member told me it was awaiting courier collection and that they would personally see it through and update me. I then received an email a whole week after ordering to say the item was out of stock. This was downright embarrassing as this was a gift for someone. Would be very surprised if I shop here again.

Ordered over a week ago and not received and had to chase DPD and cruise up and very poor service. I had to call again to find out what happened to my husbands late birthday present.
