The item I purchased I can’t fault at all I’m very happy with it but the £6.99 delivery I was charged and the service I received delivery wise I was shocked at. I did write to complain and got a reply that didn’t really answer or help what iv asked. I replied again the same day and I’m still waiting for a reply. If nothings done about it I will not be using cruise again if that’s the way it treats customers. I enjoy buying designer brands and never have a problem paying the price for quality. I regularly use the store in Aberdeen and occasionally online for my clothes but there’s many other places I can get the same clothes. I’d prefer not to do this but I can’t get my head around the delivery service and the reply I received.

Shocking service. Paid for next day delivery which was confirmed by email. It did not arrive within the expected timeframe - after emailing customer service the staff member told me it was awaiting courier collection and that they would personally see it through and update me. I then received an email a whole week after ordering to say the item was out of stock. This was downright embarrassing as this was a gift for someone. Would be very surprised if I shop here again.

Ordered over a week ago and not received and had to chase DPD and cruise up and very poor service. I had to call again to find out what happened to my husbands late birthday present.

Extremely poor customer service.. Given the money in spend in store and online, I think its pathetic. What's the point complaining when nothing is done. Took time off work to wait on my parcel as my email stated the delivery date for it to arrive the day after!!!!

After just over 1 week after purchase, the trainers are falling apart. The ‘lip’ of the sole has already begun to tear away. After purchasing many Nike products, I know that this may happen after years of wear or not at all. A week after purchase, I don’t expect this at all and would like a full refund to purchase from a Nike or genuine sports store.

Morning, it is hard for me to write a review, as they have not arrived yet, not sure if they are lost in delivery, as I have not even been left a delivery card or nothing, so I don't know where they are. I think I've been ripped off

In one word- horrendous. I ordered two pairs of Jimmy Choo shoes which arrived in horrible condition. You could tell they had been repeatedly tried on - so much so that the insoles were grubby. They were also packed in the box with no care and simply looked like they had been thrown in. One pair even came with scratch marks on the inner sole, clearly someone had tried very hard to remove the sticker. The boxes arrived in one black plastic postage bag (similar to a bin liner) so were obviously subject to being thrown about. Overall all a very disappointing experience, especially for purchasing high end luxury and for that reason I won’t be shopping with cruise again. They have poor attention to detail and clearly not used to the clientele that come with selling luxe brands.

Paid £9.99 next day delivery for a £595 Burberry coat that was crammed into a clear plastic bag. Arrived totally crumpled. Will never buy from Cruise again.

Placed order, 1 month later issue of non delivery still not resolved and staff in no hurry to respond. Wouldn't use again, exceptionally poor service.

Absolutely disgusting service coat arrived rolled in a ball and outer packaging had a bloodied plaster fixed on with tape. Pathetic response when complained so returned coat. You do not expect HIV risk when purchasing clothes. Spent tens of thousands in cruise over years will never again

I ordered a Gucci medium backpack for £1200 and Cruise fashion online sent me the small Gucci backpack for £1070. Crisefashion is an absolute rip off. The dishonesty of a company I trust. However I had a good customer service is from the agent I spoke with. I was able to have the bag picked up from the house by Dpd and got my money back shortly. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. The first photo is the bag I ordered. The second photo is the bag I received.

Ordered a small got an extra large . Took over a week to come even know I payed £7 delivery. Iv been a regular buyer on cruise but this last while you can see the standers slip . Probably because sports direct have took it over . Definitely wouldn’t recommend!!!

Absolute joke of a company. First of all there happy enough to take your order and money straight away. Lead you to believe on your account that your order is on it's way saying "item shipped" until a week passes and no sign of your delivery no emails no nothing. Then to go onto your account after sending 3 emails enquiring where your order is to then go onto the app account and see your order was cancelled. Which leads to contacting the customer care team by phone as they don't reply to email! To be told your order was cancelled due to it being out of stock and that the websites doesn't inform them when a item is out of stock, to then be told pending payment will be returned which I'd checked the payment had gone out of my account 2days after I placed the order! For the girl at customer service to tell me no they only take a pending payment that will be returned tin 5days that there sorry the payment should never have went through and they'll try there best to make the websites better with updated stock etc!! Avoid this place at all cost. Total waste of time

Not great! Ordered paid next day delivery got it a week later! Terrible service won’t be using again and I urge others not either ... rated 1 would be less if the option was there!!!

To be fair the online service was good. My problem was with the shop in George St, Edinburgh. The sales assistant was very helpful at first but when I went to pay for the polo shirt it was on the till for £90 but the ticket said £85. He went to speak to the manager who advised there was nothing she could do as it was marked up wrong. I appreciate that the shop do not have to honour the lower price before purchase but in the interest of good customer service which I would expect from a high end retailer such as Cruise I think they should have agreed to the lower ticket price (a mere £5). Out of principle I decided not to give that particular shop my custom. Even if the manager came to speak to me themselves out of curtousy it may have made a difference. A very impersonal service. My purchase was for more than 1 polo shirt, obviously not an important enough sale .
