After spending some £600 on 2 pair of shoes this company had the audacity to ask for £6.99 delivery Absolutely mind blowing Disgusting

Absolute joke of a company. First of all there happy enough to take your order and money straight away. Lead you to believe on your account that your order is on it's way saying "item shipped" until a week passes and no sign of your delivery no emails no nothing. Then to go onto your account after sending 3 emails enquiring where your order is to then go onto the app account and see your order was cancelled. Which leads to contacting the customer care team by phone as they don't reply to email! To be told your order was cancelled due to it being out of stock and that the websites doesn't inform them when a item is out of stock, to then be told pending payment will be returned which I'd checked the payment had gone out of my account 2days after I placed the order! For the girl at customer service to tell me no they only take a pending payment that will be returned tin 5days that there sorry the payment should never have went through and they'll try there best to make the websites better with updated stock etc!! Avoid this place at all cost. Total waste of time

Not great! Ordered paid next day delivery got it a week later! Terrible service won’t be using again and I urge others not either ... rated 1 would be less if the option was there!!!

To be fair the online service was good. My problem was with the shop in George St, Edinburgh. The sales assistant was very helpful at first but when I went to pay for the polo shirt it was on the till for £90 but the ticket said £85. He went to speak to the manager who advised there was nothing she could do as it was marked up wrong. I appreciate that the shop do not have to honour the lower price before purchase but in the interest of good customer service which I would expect from a high end retailer such as Cruise I think they should have agreed to the lower ticket price (a mere £5). Out of principle I decided not to give that particular shop my custom. Even if the manager came to speak to me themselves out of curtousy it may have made a difference. A very impersonal service. My purchase was for more than 1 polo shirt, obviously not an important enough sale .

Still no package for the two coats that I ordered. I have been waiting for my order for three weeks and now I received an email saying that there is an investigation that will take 5-7 days the day after I received a new tracking number??? The communication to me and on their end is very poor. Still no package and tracking is only for 1 jacket and not two! I still have no package and the tracking says that it is in flight. I am not sure that I believe it if the courier is doing an investigation. The jackets are expensive. I am afraid it will take me just as long to get my money back!

I cannot find a way to get in touch with you. I do not have a working tracking number and cannot use the courier's website. If I do not hear back from you, I am going to cancel the order.

Clothes arrived marked , creased and not folded up . Useless customer service imo . I had to wash and iron them all .

When spending over £200, I don’t expect to pay for postage. Especially such a poor delivery service. Fastway said they received my parcel from Cruise three days ago, still no parcel updates on their website and no sign of my delivery.

I purchased a palm angels T-shirt as a gift and was very disappointed to find the item was missing the fashion security tag which is a big statement piece to the T-shirt! It took a week for the customer service representative to to find an outcome as the communication was so poor. The AGREED outcome was to exchange the T-shirt which I was assured it was in stock. 3 days later I received an email to say my refund is being processed. Refund? I emailed the representative who had been dealing with my issue and to this day I have had no response. Disappointed is not the word. First time ordering from this company and I will certainly not be ordering again. My birthday gift became a shambles. Thanks cruise fashion .

Ordered a cap priced £145 online was charged £145 ... came with sticker on label marked £116. Bought a long sleeved off white top, arrived with massive hole where tags used to be (that had been clearly ripped off by someone who then returned and you resold, tags where loose in the bag). I returned in store.

I've looked at the same trainers I've purchased from here elsewhere and they all have a different sole on them which makes me think they are counterfeit

When I received my merchandise there was a security tag attached also wrong size asked to change size but was told I couldn’t have them for the same price as it was a mistake on there behalf absolute joke cruise not for me

The fact you can’t return and item to store and exchange for an alternative size. “You have to send the item back via post at your own expense, wait for a refund and then purchase the right size” - Cruise Aberdeen. Worst store I’ve possibly ever dealt with........

After 5 days waiting, still didn’t receive my order by the second day delivery service. Finally, e-mail me said my order been cancelled and will give me a refund. But I still find the same item as I ordered on the website. Not sure you guys just no bother to sell anything at all or what. Very nonsense!

My delivery came 2 days late, ordering next day delivery, the item was delivered 2 days after the date in which I needed the item. Very disappointing
