Poor returns service for online orders, you should be able to return online orders into stores free of charge.

Ordered a jacket which was my main purchase, then ordered a t-shirt too! Paid deliver charge only to find the jacket didn’t arrive, no reason given, just no charge. Therefore I paid £7 for a t-shirt to be delivered which I would never have ordered on it’s on for that deliver charge! I could get the same Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt in tkmax for £25 I paid £57

Horrendous service. Ordered a Stone Island sweatshirt last Sunday evening. Order was picked, packed and ‘ready to ship’ early Monday morning. Paid £6.99 for delivery between 3-5 working days. Order didn’t dispatch from Cruise until the following Friday, which was the 5th working day. Rang customer services who couldn’t explain the delay and why my order sat there for a week before being shipped. Customer services told me ‘it is what it is’ and it will ‘hopefully arrive sometime next week’. Not happy I’ve paid £6.99 for shipping and the terms of what I paid for were not met. Also not happy with the level of customer service from a high end retailer like Cruise. This experience will definitely put me off from using them again and also from recommending to family and friends.

Ordered jimmy chop sliders for my best friends 30th, when I received them the box was bashed and had black marks all over it, the slides had a black scuff on them, this happened to me before when I bought my wedding Louboutin shoes from here the strap was in bits and the box had holes in it. You guys need to take better care of the items some people like to collect expensive shoes or sell them on and you don’t expect to receive them in that state.

Made an order for a Stone Island sweatshirt on Sunday. Confirmation email received straightaway, with a further email received early Monday morning stating that my parcel was picked and ready to ship. It’s now Friday and the parcel still hasn’t shipped. Paid £6.99 for delivery, due to be delivered in 3-5 working days. Called customer services on Thursday afternoon, they said the order had been picked and that it was waiting to be shipped but didn’t know what the delay was. They weren’t too worried and told me “it is what it is” and that I should receive my order sometime next week. Absolutely horrendous customer service. There are other companies online that offer next day delivery on the same brands and are reliable for delivery (and cheaper) and offer good customer service. Don’t think I would use Cruise again.

Complained several times and had no response and still no sign of my parcel? Really angry with this as I was told it was left outside my house n when j got home it was nowhere to be seen.

Box that shoes came was mess ripped not in good stat. Not only that was no shoe bag put shoes in never uses uses again very disappointed and there mark on shoes......

Received this email saying thank you for shopping with cruise. First off all I haven't even received my items yet which were ordered well over a week ago. Delivery time is an absolute disgrace. Which ever courier you use needs to be changed. I'm going away on holiday this weekend and don't even know if will have my items near 2 weeks after ordering. Don't think I will be ordering off cruise again.

I ordered online for the first time. Was charged £7 for standard delivery 3-5 working days. I parcel arrives after 6 days. Cruise do not know where my order is. So after spending over £200 on an item nobody can track it. Also nobody has bothered to respond to me regarding this item. I spend thousands per month in cruise Belfast and this has massively put me off shopping with cruise again!!!!

Shipping costs really need to be addressed £6.99 standard is obscene, there’s enough money made in the product itself, the returns process is too slow. Sent an item back on a 24 hr return and 4 days later still no acknowledgment???? They are making money hand over fist. Cruise really need to grasp the consumers interest

Very poor all round. Trainers came damaged and covered in sand. No quality control. No quick response or solutions. “We will have the trainers collected and refund you in 5 working days” £405 trainers. Would get better service buying £30 trainers. Never again.
