“Absolutely shocking service! I’ve been waiting over a week on 1 item that was meant to be a gift! I think it’s also appalling paying £7 for 3-5 working days delivery and it doesn’t come. I’m still waiting in a conformation email to say the courier has collected the item so it hasn’t even been sent out yet! I thought cruise was a superior site and it seems not. They have sent me a review and my item haven’t even been sent out yet!”

“Ordered an item at 2pm and paid for next day delivery. Item wasnt dispatched by cruise until the next working day so arrived 2 days later. When I received the item it was stained on the front so had to then return it. Returned the item via tracked delivery as recommended and it was received by cruise 3 days ago and signed for but still haven't heard anything from them. Having to email to chase it all up. Not the customer service I would expect”

“Ordered a pair of Valentino trainers for next day delivery, I selected next day delivery I was going on holiday the following evening! However the delivery was delayed because of some sort of delay in cruise fashion warehouse I only found this out when I rang because I hadn’t received any email to say they had been Despatched! So I never received the trainers in time for the holiday they was bought for and I was told off customer service I would receive a phone call from a manager the same day before 6pm! This was now 6 days ago and I still haven’t received a phone call! Absolutely shocking!”

“Terrible. My parcel with a very expensive dress in went missing, Cruise was and had been extremely unhelpful. I spent a lot of my own time chasing and calling DPD and Cruise about it. As of yet, 2 weeks on I am still without the item and Cruise are refusing to give me a refund due to not having a DPD claim number, when I offered to give this to customer services they refused as DPD had given it to me. Avoid this company at all costs.”

“Horrendous customer service, the staff are extremely arrogant and clearly only care about themselves.I have had multiple bad things happen at cruise Edinburgh and I won't be going back and time soon.”
