Very poor quality t shirt it looks like a fake I shall be sending it back I have never had a problem like this of yous in 25 years stitching is shocking ☹️

Not happy at all. It was a gift and the stone island badge was missing. Contacted customer service who said somebody will collect it for a refund and nobody came so will need to call back on monday. Extremely unhappy and angry the situation and the company .

I ordered a medium in a t shirt and by the time it was processed it changed to an xxl which is not what I wanted. I immediately emailed Cruise and sent the unwanted item back and still to this day have not had any response to my email or a refund!!!

I am not happy with the service I order 3 things and they only sent me 2 and the have charged for 3 spoke to costumer service I would revive them next week but still not got them and they have taking full amount out my bank

I am yet to receive my order, which was due to arrive yesterday at the latest. When I contacted CRUISE I was told there was an issue that had delayed my order and they had no idea when my order will actually arrive which is unacceptable!

Ordered 2 Emporio Armani tops. First long sleeved sweatshirt came wrinkled up like a used towel inside package. It and subsequent shirt which arrived separately in another package both returned as neither fitted, which isn't an issue, however what is an issue is firstly having to phone cruise online and ask where shirt is to follow long sleeved sweatshirt, speaking to a women I could hardly hear nor did she care, the most annoying thing is and I should have learned by now regarding using cruise-£6.99 postage to me, then £4.50 to return both items, making sure somebody signs at the other end for this order due to value. Somebody is making plenty off this? Theres £11.50 for nothing. I've ordered a Canali suit and two jackets in the past, which cost almost £27 to be returned securely due to the value being over £1000. I should have learned my lesson that time. I've been buying designer clothes for over 30 years now, if I can give any advise its DON'T use this company. Plenty others out there who charge a fraction of this for postage or its free to return premium designer items..

I ordered next day delivery and it arrived about 5 days later. I’ve been promised a refund charge which I still haven’t seen, my follow up emails ignored and when it arrived the product still had security tags on! No accountability, no communication and as a result no trust in your site.

I ordered two pairs of jimmy choos, Lang and Romy. There were so many faults with the Lang’s, as I opened the box only one shoe was in a plastic bag, the price sticker had been pulled from the right shoe but left a big mark, the front of the shoe was marked, further marks on the inside of the shoe. The insert on the left shoe was coming away, and it was stuffed with what looked like toilet paper/kitchen towelettes. I was planning to purchase these from cruise in Aberdeen however I decided to shop online! I am assuming these shoes had been returned previously before being sent out to me??! With a brand reputation of Jimmy Choo I wouldn’t expect to receive such a high quality item is such a poor condition and I am wondering if Jimmy Choo are aware that their items are being sent out in such poor condition?? I am currently waiting for these shoes to be collected by your courier. I would never purchase from cruise online again and would only go direct to the brand itself.

Ordered 2 items, only received 1. Order cancelled on 1 item and no contact to ask if I wished to proceed with remaining items. Item that arrived was wrong size, luckily fitted me. No free returns, extortionate shipping costs.

Its 2019 and you’re still charging £7 for standard delivery even after spending an arm and a leg. Sort it out CRUISE.

Ineficient reply system. In case a cancel request is made shortly after an order, it is resolved to late, so the order is shipped to the customer. Adding a redflag to the order when a request is made concearning that order, would be a good ideea in my opinion. In other words, do not ship the order to the customer if there is a issue raised by the customer related to that order.

Ordered an item, was charged £6.99 for postage and was sent the wrong size. The item has now sold out in the size I initially ordered. Sincerely hope initial postage and also return postage is reimbursed.
