Sent my order with security tag on so I couldn’t wear it for when I needed it. Have to send it back at my own cost. Terrible service no customer values.

Cruise is fine. Only found out after using them that they're owned by Mike Ashley. Won't be using them again for that reason.

Sent a Hugo boss tshirt back that I brought from you because it wasnt suitable. Asked for a refund and never received it. Poor

Poor may seem a bit unfair but let me explain. Purchased a number of items via Cruise sale (outlet). Opted for next day delivery at £9.99 as the week delay for £3 less was less preferred. Bought more than 1 of same style/pair for size, so I knew there would be at least 1 X returned item. As it was I returned a couple of items. Before doing so, I asked my local store in Glasgow (who also stocked the items at same sale price!) if I could return to the store. They said no I couldn't. So paid a further circa £15.00 to return the unwanted items when I could have taken to store as I had a purchase to collect in store anyhow! Very disappointing and makes the sale less appealing given the unnecessary shipping costs. Definitely won't be buying from Cruise online again and given current sentiments, may avoid this retailer altogether.... Plenty of alternatives for retailers aspiring to deliver an improved customer experience. Disappointing Cruise.

Last order i will be placing with you Jacket not as described with a logo on the sleeve not shown in a picture Zipper was too small even though its same make as jacket and same as other boss items I have Postage not far too expensive and paying to return items is also now an issue as most companies do it free 10 pounds postage just too look at an item or try it on Regards David

Awful service ordered a yellow off white belt. I was given the wrong size and wrong belt and the belt had been worn and the tags ripped off. Had to ring Customer service twice before anything happened. Still not sorted

Quality assurance and accuracy of sizing information are crucial when buying products online. Cruise failed on both counts with my last order. I bought a pair of Hugo Boss shoes and a Hugo Boss belt. One of the shoes had a very obvious scratch across the top of it and the belt was far too small despite it being meant to fit my 36” waist. I paid £6.99 to have the items delivered and it cost me over £11 to return them-I’m extremely disappointed not only with the quality of the service but more importantly being out of pocket as a consequence!!!

Ordered a medium top as a birthday present for my brother, when the top arrived it looked massive however the labels stated medium. I compared the top with another medium and this top looks like an XL size, will never shop with CRUISE again!!

Ordered a Paul Smith cross body bag for my wife's birthday and was sent a backpack, other bag is now out of stock and I've got to mess about with getting this bag collected to be returned and refunded which will take about 2 weeks. Shocking

Terrible customer service ordered next day delivery on 410£ Gucci trainers never received them until 3 days after I ordered them and then they sent me the wrong trainers won't be using cruise clothing again

Unfortunately the shoes I ordered were too small so I had to send back (not the reason for the poor review). I filled out the paperwork to order a larger size and sent them back. This morning they have decided to refund me instead and having spoken to customer services, I was told that I would need to place a new order and then email in to try and claim the delivery costs back. Given the form was clearly labelled including comments this is very frustrating.

I ordered a £900 Valentino bag online. It retails at £1800 and it really looked like a bargain. Unfortunately I was so disappointed by the condition of both the packaging and the product. It arrived in a black plastic ‘bin bag’, with the Bag itself wrapped in bubblewrap and squashed to oblivion!! No tissue infill and what can only be described as ex-worn-shopfloor condition, it was creased and pok-marked all over. I wouldn’t pay £50 for this, never mind £900! Dear Cruise!, you really need to up the ante on quality of presentation, this was appalling. I returned this and bought a Gucci bag from MyTheresa which arrived in its proper Gucci Box, with Certificate and within a quality solid MyTheresa gift box. 1 Star !!
