I bought a Philip plein belt for £252 but was posted a diesel t shirt with the £252 barcode on it, shocking

Delivery charge was excessive for size/weight of package. The Versace top I ordered was supposed to have a Versace drawing pin accessory on the chest, this was missing. Had to email customer services and they told me just to return it,

I initially ordered this product and it was stating it was in stock only to be told later it was no longer in stock. Twice!! I was never updated when it was back in stock I just chanced an order and then it went through, and when it did come it was a different colour to what was advertised and already worn!!! I am actually shocked with this service.

The shirt arrived and looked as if it's been worn several times, the collar was all black and dirty with slight marks across the shirt. The price was £100 more than everywhere else online, only because Cruise were the only suppliers who had size medium available. I had no choice to purchase this product as I had to fly away for business few days after.

ordered goods that were despatched on 18.01.2019 as of today I still have not received them . On checking with carrier they were delivered 22.01.2019 and my initials forged on document. Cruise will not resend goods are give refund until the carrier DPD do investigation. I have paid for goods that I have not received which Cruise should rectify and deal with the their carrier separate . Will not be buying anything from them again online

Most disgusting customer service ive ever experienced ! From customer service agents ro supervisors and team leaders ! As i work in this myself im shocked at the service you allow ! As someone who spends thousands a year in cruise/flannels i Will never ever set foot again and will not spend another penny ! I wouldnt even give 1 star for the review.

Delivery charge is the most I’ve ever paid for any item of clothing. One of the items I ordered doesn’t fit correctly and to return I have to pay for that also. I find this all ridiculous.

Bought stone island jeans received them on 18th January with no badge on them contacted customer services several times and still waiting to see whether badge is getting delivered.shopped in cruise for over 20 years but won't be buying anything again how hard could it be to send a badge out immediately when contacted yous. Very poor service

Ordered shoes before Christmas size 7 received a size 8 in a box labelled 7, I rang I asked for this to be sorted. I returned the shoes looking for the correct size and instead I received a refund. After holding for over 30mins for customer services I was told that the size 7 in the shoes I ordered where sold out and to buy the other shoes that were not on sale I declined and said it would be okay. After going back onto your website to see what other shoes where available low and behold the shoes I was looking where in stock and I ordered them and received 2 days later. Not impressed with being told they where out of stock and to order the more expensive shoes when in fact that was a total lie.

I ordered stone island jeans last week size 30 w 30 L and when they came it said them sizes on the label but on the jeans it had 30W 34L. I was really disappointed with this cause paying a big price for the jeans and not getting the right size is not good enough. When I checked the website to see if that size was still there it said it was sold out.

Paid for next day delivery. Didn’t happen. Emailed your customer service regarding refund and had no reply. Saved all post and will be making a formal complaint.

Absolute disgrace! Just previously ordered from your website to receive a jumper that had a mark on it! Has took me nearly 5 days to get a response from your online team and have still not got any further will never ever order from the website or shop in store again

Bought a jumper online and when it arrived it was stained down the front and had red hairs on the back off jumper. I emailed customer services to resolve this twice and they did not get back to me !!!

Disappointed with the item purchased and it was returned for a refund. The stone Island long sleeve t-shirt I was sent, was not the one I ordered. It should have had a black background on the badge/logo, but was white. I have the same top I ordered in black and it was a totally different top I received, the neck line was a lot bigger, quality of material much poorer. I have had to pay postage twice for a top that was incorrect and a mistake made by seller. All packaging was flannels also rather than cruise.

if the item you're selling is a sample, I think you should label it and telling customers. Because I really prefer to pay money to buy a new item not a sample which has been tried by many customers. Thank you!

Can't return online purchases to shop, can't exchange item unless for another size, also cruise fashion size guide is wrong, the guide told me to order a large at a 40 inch chest and the jumper is easily a 44 inch not very impressed, the size guide says this for every single brand when clearly some brands are made larger or smaller, but not cruise fashion all brands seem to be made exactly the same, will not be ordering from cruise again for the above three reasons.

I’m not overly keen on buying anything from you again. I ordered a kids CP Company jumper which arrived without the lens. I spoke to your customer care team who told me one would be dispatched to me within two days. I’ve still not received it. A follow up call to your customer care resulted in another communication to your warehouse about shipping the lens, however, I still have no idea if/when I will get one. Not the level of service I expect when ordering items of this value. I’ve also emailed customer care without a response and raised a paypal dispute with no response. Make of that what you will.
