Awful company. Ordered £353 and they have not arrived. I have been waiting since last month for somebody to resolve this, they told me 24 hours with an update but nothing and they’ve only responded after I chased for me to wait. They’ve got my money and now don’t care. I would not waste your time, once they have your money they don’t care

Received a jacket on Friday for a night out on Saturday, got the iteam and was about to leave untill a family member pointed out a small rip on the left arm.

Still haven’t received my delivery , dpd delivery service has been an absolute joke my parcels failed to make the truck 5 days in a row I changed the adress from a work adress to a home as I would no longer be at work at the time the allocated for delivery and I’ve just received a call to state it will be delivered to the work adress today ! Delivery service is shocking

Hello! I am very unhappy with your delivery service! February, 20 the mail has arrived. My Cruise Fashion parcel number 15501972168002. My parcel is due for delivery Mon 4th March. February,27 my parcel arrived in Kazakhstan and I received a letter saying that, the delivery date has changed on 12 March and my service- DPD Classic Import Road. I did pay for Express delivery!!!!!! Why my express delivery has changed to a classic import road? I need my parcel March 4!!! I'm flying to another city on March 5 With respects, Arislan.

I’m a regular customer with cruise and most orders have either been completely wrong or damaged (dirty, defaults etc). It takes a while to get through to their customer services and sometimes nothing is resolved meaning I have to return the items and paying for the return myself! Some occasions they have refunded my delivery charge but I still have to pay for return. I recently had another order and one item was completely the wrong colour and the other item was scuffed, therefore damaged. I appreciate that the items were in sale but there is nothing online to suggest that these are ex display items or damaged. Other than that, the sales can be good!

Stone Island jacket came delivered with security tag on item of clothing phoned customer services didn't seem to care asked me to send picture via email no other details explained seemed uncaring and unhelpful took jacket to a local sports direct store with invoice proof of purchase as is also owned by Mike Ashley manager of sports direct store more empathetic than cruise customer service

I’m a regular shopper at cruise that being the store more than online so when I do find something nice online I will get it but being charged for delivery and then charged to return for an exchange is shocking when you spend a lot of money on an item you can get free delivery and returns on most retailer sites these days I think cruise need to offer this and it would make it a much better service

Shorts were to big, so I have had to send back and pay 8 pound for so I end up out of pocket and no shorts, tried to take back to shop in Newcastle but they said had to be posted

CP Compsny sweatshirt arrived with the lease from the sleeve missing, customer service advised it would take 3 weeks before a new one could be sent. Advised this was a gift and couldn’t wait that long so will be returning today for full refund.

Very disappointed. The clothes came damaged plus with a metal tag still on it! Also they said they will refund me for posting bsck to then as these issues were not my fault and they haven't paid for the postage I paid for

I have sent back my product from cruise for it to be exchanged for a different size but I still haven’t had an email confirming that they have received my parcel or if my exchange is on its way. Sort this out.

Absolutely shocking sending what was meant to be a “new” stone island jacket. It was covered in dog hair and stinking of dog! I wouldn’t buy it second hand never mind new. I don’t want a new one sent out, I just want a refund.

The £850 coat I received was so dirty and covered in marks all down the sleeves and the back. I was shocked I was sent an item in this condition.

Absolutely disgusting customer service I received a jumper with a hole in but didn’t have time to send it back as was for a funeral so I paid to have it repaired locally and all they asked for is photos of the hole 24 hours later when it was repaired, absolutely disgusting after spending £167 on the jumper!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered two items, a white Adidas jumper and a pair of kenzo shoes. I was sent a dirty jumper and the complete wrong pair of shoes. Would not order again.

Firstly I have not received the things I ordered because I was delivered to someone else not to me. No card through my door and my wife was in the house all day. I have been in contact last week about it and nobody has given me any follow up. So I am now 100 pound down because you took the money and I have nothing which I ordered. Disappoint is an understatement. I hope to hear back about this asap.

I'm at the point of not using Cruise again, this is the third time now that I've bought an item online, paid a ridiculous delivery charge of £6.99 and when I want to return it for a different size, I can't take it to my local store to sort. This is a joke. I then have to pay more to return it by post. If this doesn't change, i'll buy my clothing elsewhere in the future.
