I ordered two pairs of jimmy choos, Lang and Romy. There were so many faults with the Lang’s, as I opened the box only one shoe was in a plastic bag, the price sticker had been pulled from the right shoe but left a big mark, the front of the shoe was marked, further marks on the inside of the shoe. The insert on the left shoe was coming away, and it was stuffed with what looked like toilet paper/kitchen towelettes. I was planning to purchase these from cruise in Aberdeen however I decided to shop online! I am assuming these shoes had been returned previously before being sent out to me??! With a brand reputation of Jimmy Choo I wouldn’t expect to receive such a high quality item is such a poor condition and I am wondering if Jimmy Choo are aware that their items are being sent out in such poor condition?? I am currently waiting for these shoes to be collected by your courier. I would never purchase from cruise online again and would only go direct to the brand itself.

Ordered 2 items, only received 1. Order cancelled on 1 item and no contact to ask if I wished to proceed with remaining items. Item that arrived was wrong size, luckily fitted me. No free returns, extortionate shipping costs.

Its 2019 and you’re still charging £7 for standard delivery even after spending an arm and a leg. Sort it out CRUISE.

Ineficient reply system. In case a cancel request is made shortly after an order, it is resolved to late, so the order is shipped to the customer. Adding a redflag to the order when a request is made concearning that order, would be a good ideea in my opinion. In other words, do not ship the order to the customer if there is a issue raised by the customer related to that order.

Ordered an item, was charged £6.99 for postage and was sent the wrong size. The item has now sold out in the size I initially ordered. Sincerely hope initial postage and also return postage is reimbursed.

Currently still waiting to hear where my parcel is that was supposed to be delivered in Tuesday. Nobody knows where the parcel is DPD say they haven't received it but cruises say that they don't either! Very disappointed

Absolutely terrible, payed for next day delivery and didn’t get my parcel till the following Tuesday, although cruise did refund me but still not good enough.

I bought CK trainers and I received CK trainers. However, the photo you guys uploaded were Philip Plein trainers on your website apparently. Which I later realised after receiving a pair of trainers that look nothing like the ones you advertised. Now I don’t care about the brand Philip Plein. However, what frustrated me was that I felt like I was deceived. It was not ethical what you guys did. Luxury brands are expensive for a reason their products have more character in them. I bought the CK trainers because I thought it had character in them. To be fair the CK trainers I bought have more character than CRUISE FASHION. DELIVERY I said I might not be at home before delivery time to DPD. However, I finished my work early so I was at home on time. DPD sent a photo of the flat opposite where I live and said I was not at home. So I had to receive the trainers the following day although I paid £10. I always used to think people that write bad reviews were just being too emotional or overreacting but I can now empathise with them. This was my worse online shopping experience ever.

Paid for next day delivery. One item arrived on time. The other arrived after 2 days and was late for reason I bought the polo shirt. Will never trust Cruise to deliver on time in the future.

Was disappointed that I had to pay for the reposting and repacking of my item only to get a exchange. While I was told on the phone that I couldn’t take it back into the shop for an exchange. Disappointed with the poor level of customer service.

Awful company! I ordered some Versace swim shorts for my partners birthday. However, the package that I received was empty. I immediately rang up and was told that I was a liar! The postage label on the package said the weight was 90g .... this clearly shows that the shorts were never in there. Didnt even bother to investigate or have the decency to return my calls. Absolutely disgusted with this company and would avoid at all costs they have stolen money from me and I will be reporting to Trading Standards.

I have shopped on the cruise website on some previous occasions and I have never had any problems. But on this occasion I bought a gold Giuseppe zanotti bag from cruise which arrived badly scratched. I contacted their customer service team by email, providing pictures of the defect and I was told they could discount the bag by refunding £20 to my card or I can return the bag back at my own expense. I felt insulted at the very least. I intend to contact them about returning the bag this week as I should not be the one paying for a bag that should not have been sent out in the first place. Very poor customer service. Good customer service should be asking me the client to return the bag while providing a prepaid label and then compensating me with a discount code for my next purchase for the inconvenience. Such a shame really.

I received my dress that I ordered In Australia this week. As my friend in UK took it over to me. The dress is more like a size 34 than a 38. Can I please arrange to return dress. The quality is also far below expectations for a dress of this designer.

Very disappointed with 2 of the 4 items and the Quality and Assurance process. Items turned up loose packed with dirty make up marks and labels missing. Trainer box was bashed and badly damaged although shoes inside were ok. Not what I expect from a company of Cruises stature. Overall impression was if I didn’t know any better this had all the hallmarks of a scam. Just did not feel like the quality that Cruise(Flannels.com) would have you believe they provide. Sorry but can only review how I see it and this was poor!!!

Ordered a jacket that early April that was ment to be dispatched 1 may then received an email saying order cancelled as out of stock disappointed as had night out and had no time to get another one
