The packaging for my item arrived.. without the item. Day 4 and still no real answers from them, very dissapointed.

Awful service from online store. Paid for next day delivery and kept being delayed so in the end the product didn’t arrive. Misleading to offer and charge for a service you can’t provide. Asked for my complaint to be escalated but again not actioned very disappointed

Service I have received has been shocking. Ordered from cruise online and never had a problem until my last order. I had ordered my items on the 9th of June as I thought this would have been enough time for these items to arrive before I went on my holiday on the 20th of June. I had waited a week before I contacted customer services as I had not received any confirmation about my order. After speaking to customer services they explained to my that a pair of shorts where holding up my order. I had requested that the other items can be sent and if the shorts are not available I would order a different pair or get a refund. I then received an email to say there was still a problem. I contacted customer services again to cancel the shorts and they told my that they where now In stock this was on the 14/06/19. I explained to customer services that my order was for going away on holiday with and they assured my that my order will be delivered before the 20th as it was now processed. I received and Emil about delivery and my items would be delivered on the 18/06/19. Parcel was delivered and once I came home from work and opened the parcel there was only 3 items out of 9. So once again contacted customer services to tell them about this and was told another parcel was due on the 20/06/19. Having already explained I am going on holiday in this day I am having to cancel the order. Just feel that I had totally wasted my time explaining my situation to them as no one seem to be adding notes to my account. As a result of this I had to take a half day holidays from work to go and purchase other items that I required to go on holiday with. And also I had explained to customer service about the discount code that was applied on the order and was told that I had already used it. As again totally oblivious to previous calls. As this order was cancelled.

I am still waiting for my item which was a gift. It is now 5 days late, I have spoken to customer services who were indifferent and supposed to call me back yesterday to confirm where the item is - no call.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. If you can even call it customer service. Rude and mostly don’t even bother to reply. Size said 30 inch but was actually a size 34. Provided proof of this with pictures and was just ignored. Compared to size I already own and again that proof was ignored as well. Just rude and would never use again.

The item I bought I returned as too big and ordered a smaller size to be sent out. Sent this back special delivery to arrive next day before 1pm which you recieved on Tuesday as I have check the royal mail tracking and have had no correspondence to tell me you have recieved this and when the new order will be sent out. I am extremely disappointed in this service and do expect more from Cruise.

This review is purely on my recent purchase , all previous purchases were ok ! My order was places on the Monday however by the friday my order still said "pending" i called cruise they said it would be with me by the Monday ??? One week after order ??? It took over two weeks for my delivery to arrive and yet Cruise sent me no update on my order. Lack of consideration to the customer is HUGE. I called again to be told there was a problem with there system ??? Thats not my problem however it is your responsibility to contact your customers to inform them !.Cruise then proceeded to take the full delivery charge of my account, even though on the telephone they said they would take it off. I then had to email to ask for my delivery charge back. Poop Poor communication skills Cruise. Very very disappointed and I have shopped in store for years and several times online.

I’m disgusted when I ordered a tshirt at £165 uz also took £147 out my account I had to wait days for my money returned I’m a good customer & get treated like this

I haven’t received the parcel. The DPD driver said he left the parcel at concierge. But the concierge said there was no parcel.

Terrible. Placed an order on 7th June and have still not received it (18th June). £6.99 for delivery and it takes this long??!! Will never used again.

Still haven’t received my parcels and the courier DPD have no idea where it is there is a investigation on going and also after emailing yous to get a update a have yet to get a reply poor customer service. Disappointed 2nd time shopping with cruise online and will be the last
