Not good having to pay for postage then also responsible for delivery charge to return parcel. takes long for refund to be processed.

5.99 for delivery that takes 3 days ..terrible ..Paid for a Ralph Lauren shirt which they have sent and is dirty .on the label it is marked as dirty item so why on earth would you distribute this to a customer . Very disappointed with Cruise

Received my online order through the post which was presents for my wife’s birthday. She was pleased with them and went to try on the jeans only to discover the security tag was still on the them! Very poor!

Dear Team, Thanks for your invitation to have feedbacks(maybe review) Now,I am a student from the University of Sheffield,and I worked for amazon.cn as a seller parter support (Site:CTU 11,China)last year. I appreciate that Cruise gives me a brilliant shopping experience,and as a result,I have given up to shop from amazon.co.uk. There are several main ideas which i want to suggest for Cruise. Firstly,the tracking system of Cruise is Imperfect ,which means I can not track my passage Whenever i want to. Secondly,as a Consumer ,I can not find a way to contact with Cruise (i do Not know if Cruise has a call center like amazon which you can contact by chat,email or phone call) Finally,I would like to say that"the product details of cruise are bad enough and it should improve." You can compare to EBC System of amazon or below Apps:Taobao and Jingdong which are the two biggest shopping markets of China. I really hope that CRUISE will improve these performances in the APP. PS: I would like to share more advice from a view of customers or Operators . by the way,may I have a discount code ?(I really want to buy a shoes of Alexander Macqueen) hhh Best regards, Hommer Liang(TIANJIAO LIANG)

Ordered 8 days ago. Paid £7 for delivery. As per the website my order still needs collected by the he courier. Absolutely appalling service

Ordered a suit and all that arrived was the suit jacket no trousers. The jacket too was folded up into a very small bag/parcel which I didn’t feel presented such an item well. Have returned the item and as was sale item assume will not get what I ordered now. Also feel that being out of pocket with postage twice through a mistake made at your side is far from making me feel all warm and fuzzy. Last thing, got email and text advising me item would be delivered the following day but nothing appeared then that evening got another message to advise rescheduled for following day. Thanks

The total disgrace of a company asking me to take up an dispute over a lost parcel when they should be representing me as I'm there paying customer very abrupt staff on the helpdesk as well don't recommend

Bought a pair of Fendi sliders £245 received and Armani belt £76 which was not deliverd all I got was empty packet . Phoned 4 mins after I opened the empty package and later told they would prosecute anyone trying to obtain goods by deception. Gobsmacked still no belt worst on line experience I have ever had will never use them againor shop in their store .A customer of over 30 years lost for the cost of a belt.

Absolutely shocking service! I’ve been waiting over a week on 1 item that was meant to be a gift! I think it’s also appalling paying £7 for 3-5 working days delivery and it doesn’t come. I’m still waiting in a conformation email to say the courier has collected the item so it hasn’t even been sent out yet! I thought cruise was a superior site and it seems not. They have sent me a review and my item haven’t even been sent out yet!
