Delivery company used gave a false delivery date which resulted in me waiting in all day then it never getting delivered. Facebook team agreed to a refund in delivery charge which customer service then refused to do. Would give the company zero if I could because they took a day off me over Xmas period and then did nothing to compensate for it. After service really bad. Would not use the company again which is a shame because the item was lovely otherwise.

A very disappointed customer. I have been using Cruise for sometime now, and I was very disappointed with the way my order was handled. I ordered one pair of MCM sliders in white size 40 along with another item, for my New Years holiday. {Which I am currently on, writing this review.} After receiving a confirmation email from the company, I then received a second email cancelling one of my items of my order, the email went on to apologise as they no longer had the item in stock and refunded my account. I was very dissatisfied as a customer. I believe it is about supply and demand. • Why did you still continue to advertise the product when clearly it was no longer available ? • Do you not have a system in place to know when the product is no longer available? I feel the company should have contacted me personally and not sent out a generic email to me.

Item I received not as discribed. Have sent back and sent massage via pal pay days ago and have yet received no response. Had to pay to return item at a cost of over £7. Very poor customer service.

I am disappointed as I Ordered my products from Cruisefashion and when received it was Van Milder Bag etc with it. (the one warehouse distributing all goods) I questioned this to realise that all stores are owned by same person. This is fair enough but what I am REALLY ANNOYED AT is that I paid £50 for an item when on the box it had £35 on it. What this means is that all same stock are priced differently depending on where you purchase but all distributed from same place. I received an email reply … "Please be advised that the product was on our website at the correct asking price which you agreed to pay when you placed the order. " Put me off as we all know that these are items are expensive and to be fair not any better material than any other products so I will not order from these stores again. BE WARNED ON PRICE.

The jeans that I have received are different from the ones that I ordered in the picture. I have tried phoning customer services and every time I get put in a queue and after half an hour I am still the same number in the queue. Therefore the issue has still not been resolved!!!

Ordered Valentino’s paid for them then got email stating out of stock however suddenly my size reappears on site I called them with them stating item is def out of stock and site has been updated clearly not and they emailed PayPal to release my funds which hasn’t been done I’m staying clear of shopping online here if item is out of stock then stop re advertising it as in stock

Very disappointed in the steep delivery costs. The item was not available to collect instore so was forced to pay the steep delivery cost of £7 for one item that cost £88. I think for that price delivery should be included?? The sister store, Flannels offers delivery to store but not Cruise. When the item did arrive it was in a Flannels bag!! Very annoying. Will avoid in future and cannot recommend

Ordered two items. You took 5 days to tell me one item was out of stock. You then said the other item would take a further 4 days before being delivered (xmas eve) which therefore left me worrying if I would be missing an item for the big day.

I recently bought a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti heels. When they arrived the soles were damaged and worn. I was really disappointed as I had paid £9.99 for delivery and was planning to wear the shoes on Christmas Day. I contacted cruise customer service by email to report this and to arrange collection of shoes as I am not willing to pay return postage for faulty items and expect delivery charges to be refunded back to me. I got a reply from cruise to say they will pass it to quality control and see what can be done.

The item I purchased was not in stock. After 3 days I still have not received the refund and the item is listed again on the website. Sent several emails to customer service, no reply at all! Bad service this time.

Would never buy from again! Nearly a week after paying for next day delivery still not received my item! Christmas pressie epic fail! The delivery company the use is worst in the UK!

Terrible service! I ordered Christmas presents from cruise and there was an issue with the courier delivering them to my selected click and collect store. Instead of cruise contacting me for an alternative address or even asking the courier to deliver it to another click and collect store near by they told the courier to return my items to them 3 days before Christmas. I had no presents for my brother and my dad. Shocking service!

Im very upset and it is 2nd time happen to me where all three set boxes of shoes are terribly damaged. Please review your courier level of services. Appreciate handle with care and use double boxes as used by Caliroots where a very nice packaging and intact as shown at photo. Thank you

Really poor. £250 order and £100 pair of trainers that look like they were kicked around your warehouse. Smashed up box and dirt marks all over them. Contacted Cruise but no reponse. Premium goods, sub standard service.

Would not rush back to shop with cruise... no cash refund?? Exchange or gift note only?? Never had the size I needed in-store after finding the trainers I bought as I gift where too big.. was told I could not get a refund... to then be given a credit note to order online THEN have to pay another £6.99 for delivery! Very disappointing considering higher end shops I.e HARVEY NICHOLS & LOUIS VUITTON offer a 14 day refund... very disappointed and don't think I'd shop again..
