I never received my parcel

Offer was a £50 discount on your next order if the current order was over £250. First order was £300+. No discount code provided - offer stated this wasn’t necessary. Placed our next order - no £50 discount. Tried to cancel it - no joy. One inaccurate response to several emails. Terrible.

I received my 1st order 14/12/18 and unfortunately the coat was faulty I sent photos of this as requested and this is still not resolved and I would have liked to had the replacement before Christmas but i would find this highly unlikely Thanks isaac

Disgraceful service. I ordered 2 Kenso scarfs. They were delivered unpackeged, knotted and creased. One scarf labeled but crumpled and torn, the other no label at all. The scarfs were stuffed into a Van Mildert bag and posted. I am extremely dissapointed and inable to give the scarfs as presents.

I had to pay a lot of tax because cruise they did write about FTA certification. Moreover the Packaging condition is very poor.

Having spent over £800 on my order, to my astonishment, I was then charged for delivery. Absolutely disgusted. Horrendous customer service.

I would give 0 if I could, awful company. There customer service is disappointing! Did not receive my parcel, still waiting on an update despite me emailing them 3 times. Please avoid.

Not impressed one bit! Had so many problems with the delivery and also with customer services after I complained Really not happy Feel free to call me regarding my issues on 07818863485. I’m not expecting a call as I don’t think you view the complaints are taken serious Such a shame as the clothes you sell are good

Paid for next day delivery, didn’t come until 5 days later. Reason it was late because the postage label was wrong! Nothing been said from Cruise

Why is it I can get a refund if I order online, but I can't if I buy in the store? It seems like an arbitrary way of making sure you get to keep customers money. I can go to any other shop and get a refund. Not happy.

Spent £232 online and at no point did it tell me that if I spent a further £18 I would receive a free £50 voucher! Felt that was bad customer information and service!
