Ordered a 44(xs) and received a 40. Emailed customer service with a picture of label on garment and attached label. They were extremely unhelpful. Will never use again. Would definitely not recommend.

Good service but think postage £6.99 a bit much on goods over £100 not so good in store returned goods too big same garment hanging there same price Can't change in store Two postages and travel costs to go there NOT happy

This experience has been far from satisfactory. Chose delivery method from the website, only for it not to be valid. A week later and I still haven’t received the order, which is allegedly on it’s way back to Cruise before being resent to an alternative address. This could all have been avoided had the staff member in the Ingram Street store ordered my size rather than tell me to go to a shop 15 miles away. Therefore making me order online. I’ve been shopping at Cruise for over twenty years. Unfortunately their customer service has declined in that time, particularly the helpfulness of some instore staff.

Sent out faulty item, I had to pay to return it and when receiving the refund for the faulty item did not refund my cost for returning. Absolute disgrace 👎💩

My experience with Cruise was a poor one. My son ordered an expensive top on a Sunday - paid next day delivery - didn’t arrive until late Monday. Emailed several times - eventually got a response several days later simply saying “ no next day delivery st weekends. This should be in BOLD print next to the delivery options. Would not shop on line with you again. No apology / nothing. Poor “ service “

My order arrived very quickly, the next day, however, it was completely the wrong garment. When I took it to the pick up point to return it, the guy told me he had another customer return an item from Tessuti the previous day for the same reason. Obviously something going wrong at the warehouse. I wouldn’t order again unless I was convinced this wouldn’t happen again.

Rubbish sent wrong colour of order and when sent to return cost more for delivery again and didn’t even have the colour I wanted anymore. Dissapointed.

I ordered a £450 pair of Gucci trainers. They arrived clearly worn. I complained and was advised they were out of stock so could either get a full refund or £20. I felt this amount was pretty low considering I provided pictures of the damage however reluctantly kept them as I had already wasted so much time and energy I didn’t want to end up with no trainers.

I’m giving a 1 as there is no option of zero stars. I had a large order delivered to a collection location, none of the stuff fits true to size. I ordered from cruise yet it shows up in a flannels bag. I was returning all items in the order and there is no return postage labels or option to leave at the collection location. To return the order it cost me £13 not a lot of money in the grand scheme of things but I shouldn’t have to pay it none the less. They do not allow you to return items at stores or any of the other business the rat that is Mike Ashley owns. I sat on hold to customer service for over an hour with no one picking o the phone. Dissatisfied is an understatement.
