Absolutely disgusting especially for someone who's a weekly customer and spent tens of thousands of pounds with cruise ! But you've lost my custom forever , my money will be going elsewhere from now on.

You need to change your courier contract. 4 days of delivery confirmation emails and 4 failed deliveries. DPD shocking!!! I will never be a part of anything they are connected with going forward. Very very disappointed

Sent the wrong Christian Louboutin style then when I called to exchange , I was told they don’t stock style I described that I received I then sent picture of them via email and was told same again and that they would have to check the authenticity of them. Bare in mind these cost £945 , after long discussion they accepted fault turns out they had product codes and picture on there website wrong and didn’t stock style I ordered anymore and that what I received was core t product code bit wrong image on there website. I have sent them back and has now been 5 days without any confirmation of my refund.

Clothes were nice, wrapped in horrible grubby plastic that ruined the top I was wearing at the time. I had to pay 10 pounds delivery, then 9 pounds to return 3 of the items that didn’t fit. I spent over a thousand pounds on goods, no free returns is not reasonable.

Think the refund policy has to be looked at after I returned my items as they were the wrong size . I won’t get replacement items for nearly 10 days I sent back the items back special deiverely , and expected a quick Turn around but to be told that looking at 10 days for overall Process

Rubish. Placed an order on monday night and paid 9.99 for next day delivery. Checked order status folowing day and was showing ready to ship. When it did'nt arrived couple days later was changed to processing. Tried to call Friday but it closes at stupid early time so send e-mail on Saturday. As soon as I did so received email saying item ready to pick up by nominated courier, strange as it says they are closed weekends. It finally arrived one week after placing a next day delivery oder!!! No refund on delayed delivery, no apology and non existing customer service. Also went to town to speak with somone in the store just to find out they closed down.

Usually great, but this time a week on and hours on the phone still no delivery . Service was good once you got through but needed 3 goes at 20 mins every time.

The item i was sent was clearly returned and worn by someone else. No tags ans poor condition. Not what id expect from this retailer ane after spending £400

Went into buy a bag and shoes today but the Nottingham branch didn’t have my size and they wouldn’t order me a pair from another branch so left with neither

If I could score 0 I would have. Placed my order, opted for it to be delivered to a DPD collection point i.e Sainsburys in Irvine only to receive an e-mail the night before it was to be delivered stating “this order was not suitable for collection” Baffled by this I e-mailed cruise fashion, and after several attempts was told that it once it was received back it would be sent out to my home address. Since received another e-mail saying my order was now cancelled at my request?? Really!! Absolutely shocking shopping experience.

I was told the item i ordered was out of stock one day before my wifes birthday. Then it took nearly an hour to speak to someone on customer service only to find out the item had been. dispatched. My previous order with cruise was also a bad expericene. I ordered Valentino heel and they looked used and had scratches all over them.

Received my £79 long sleeve t-shirt in awful condition with sleeves ripped and poorly finished round the collar. Can't actually believe it was sent out like this.

Orderd a pair of Hugo boss trainers size 42 witch is an 8 as it says on the box tried them on and must be a size 10 atleast has to pay £7 postage and will no doubt have to pay same to send back not happy👎🏻

Really disappointed. Although I purchased items that were in sale, I expected a balmain tshirt to come in some kind of packaging. The D&G boxers came in a damaged, old looking box! The balmain too had black fluff all over it. Probably won’t use Cruise again. Needed it for a bday present, was pretty embarrassing giving someone a bashed almost old looking present!

Paid for next day delivery And Was informed my delivery was delayed on expected day. so had to rush and buy alternative as required for that night. Only for the delivery to arrive on expected day but wrong item sent.
