Item arrived quickly but had a catch on the front of it. These things should really be checked before posting. What ever happened to quality control.

Shoes were ordered too small, when i went to take them back i was told i would need to send them by post? Which coat me another 11 pound? Whats the need in that when i could of done it in the shop, not happy with service atall.

Very disappointed as I got an email through saying there was a promotion. If you spend £250 then you get £50 free voucher. Because I was out by a day I still don’t get it even though I still spent £270 in your store. Which is a lot of money

Items not packaged well. Shoe box crushed and boxers box. Items in a thin black bag with nothing to protect them from being damaged. First and last shop with cruise.

Terrible service, box arrived damaged with a large whole through it. It was obvious that the box was damaged before being put into the delivery bag as there wasn't a mark on that. When I emailed regarding the issue I was told they can send me out a returns label and get a refund. I still want the item but I am gifting them now in a very damages gift as they couldn't swap them due to lack of stock. I was told basically that it deal with it. Very unhappy with the service and can't believe a brand like cruise would send out damaged goods. They have failed to deliver the goods as specified.

Very disappointed, goods arrived damaged and the most expensive item was missing. I am waiting to see if the refund for the item I didn’t receive is put back into my bank. Will never use cruise again

Hi, I bought a pair of Tricker's Elton loafer in coffee color recently, and just got a parcel from you. I think the shoes should be brand new, but I believed that the quality should be in B grade which is factory second, the workmanship of the shoes are not as good quality as Tricker's product. Frankly, I owned many pairs of Tricker's, but this pair of shoes are the worst Tricker's shoes even since before. I took a photo of my Tricker's Elton loafer and you can find 7-5 (B) which mentioned inside the shoes, but normally Tricker's shoes must be without mentioned (B), please refer to my another photo of Tricker's Elton, there is no (B) which mentioned inside the shoes and this is the normal standard. In fact, I can accept some B grade product without obviously defective on the product, but you need to be mentioned on your product description and pricing down so much against the original price.

Costly delivery charge, plus I have to also pay for returns! My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, and I had to go door to door searching for the delivery. Won’t be shopping with cruise again. Very poor.

Dreadful service, sent trousers in the wrong size so then returned and heard nothing. Called customer services and was told return could take up to TWO WEEKS!!!! Could have bought from store and saved postage costs. Now left without item and money taken from account until resolved through no fault of my own. Won't be rushing to make another order!!!!

I ordered a large amount of items last week and am still waiting for delivery.... 6 days at the minute and still waiting.DPD keep changing or delaying. I’m feeling very cross especially after paying £6.99 delivery charges. Cruise need to sort this out. I know other people have had this problem too! I hope my delivery arrives soon.

Not impressed at all, wanted an exchange for a smaller size, wig out any contact cruise just refunded my money back because my size wasn’t available discusting and ya I got to pay to return is a joke
