You’re staff in the cruise store Edinburgh were useless! The whole sales team needs re recruited as nobody is useful and they all stand around chatting instead of helping! With price points that you have I would expect high customer service level with different sizes being offered, alternatives being offered etc.. you get the picture! Anyways I decided to order my stuff online instead which was better however on arrival I didn’t receive a return note if I had needed to refund any of the products! All in all, I will not be recommending and Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh is clearly the better option

Taking long time to refund my money and I had to pay 11 pound to return my item so I wont use cruise flannels or any other sport direct company again

I have not received my delivery I have emailed dpd and they have raised a signature dispute as it says my parcel was signed for when it clearly wasn’t, a reply would be appreciated thanks

Order two items one of which was in the sale, £6.99 for delivery. I then received an email the next day stating my second item was actually not available, to which I called immediately to cancel the rest of my order. No point me paying £6.99 to deliver a £60 shirt that’s over 10% I didn’t mind when completing a bigger order which including my sale item. After waiting half an hour on the line I was told I can’t cancel. Fantastic...you let me order something you didn’t have (your error) and then didn’t allow me to cancel after you can’t complete your sale.....what a way to scam postage

Just discovered a security tag has been left on my son's top. Having to go down to another shop to get it removed so that my son can wear the top. How hard is it for someone in the shop to check.

Not having an option to collect in-store is not acceptable and to charge an additional £6.99 for delivery is ridiculous. Will definitely not be ordering online again.

Hello you have charged my card for the total value of the order CRUS40000049216055 amount 2194 euro, but you didnt deliver one product VICTORIA BECKHAM Daisy Midi Dress 65103144350 Colour Black/Red Size 10 (S) I request to immediatley be reimbursed for the value of the dress not delivered amount 430.80 euro. More you have issued invoice no 76991088 where the value of the goods delivered is 1747.20 euro, and the dress missing is not invoiced!!!

I ordered a £1000 bag as a gift for my daughter starting back school and it arrived wrapped up in a bubble bag placed inside a Flannels dust bag and stuffed inside a black postage bag wrapped in tape. I ordered the same bag but the smaller version from Selfridges and it arrived in a Louds box inside a Selfridge box and all protected by special wrapping around both the box so that wasn't damaged and the bag. So discussed in the bad packaging that the Loubs bag was delivered in. Then to top it off my daughter goes into the pockets of the bag looking for the certification documents and finds a tag stating the bag was reduced from £995 to £450. Customer service and care of customers items are a total disgrace. I have never received a Christian Louboutin item that has not been in a box and always had all the certification paperwork with it. If it was up to me that item would have been returned but my Daughter absolutely loves the bag and will not allow me to return it as it matches her shoes. Selfridges customer services and care of your purchased items are by far a much better store and experience.

A bit disappointed with cruise this time as ordered regular fit zip fly jeans as per discription on website and received slim fit button fly jeans think cruise need to check their website discriptions as have had to return, having said that I have ordered a number of items in the past and never had a problem.

Cruise Belfast had a VB bag for sale. It had a couple of marks/scratches on the front of it. I approached who I was told to speak to to ask if the price could be reduced from £420 to £400 (which I considered a small discount considering the marks on the bag) and was abruptly told no. I left the store and ordered the same bag online - with no marks. This is the first occasion I have ever noticed ‘management’ not acknowledging that a marked item should most definitely have a discount taken off the price. I felt this was very poor service on the manager’s part. I frequently purchase designer bags but would be reluctant to return to the Cruise Belfast store considering the manner I, a paying customer, was spoken to. I was very happy with the online service. However the bag did have a couple of small scratches on the gold toned press lock.

well ive had problems with you before and this is just a joke.i was meant to get my trainers on friday but i missed it which was my fault but then i changed the address to my friends house because i knew i would be there all day,i recieved an email saying the delivery driver missed me this was a lie he never came i dont have a card to collect my trainers either and i still dont have them,you should get the trainers delivered to my house asap its a disgrace that im meant 2 go collect when its been your fault

All was ok until Cruise suddenly requested the package to be returned from DPD. No explanation why. Impossible to get through to customer service. Will never shop from Cruise again!
