Parcels arrived 1 of 2 and 2 of 2, still several items missing. Box ripped open with clothes hanging out. Extremely overpacked and clothes in a mess.

The link for my shipment has failed informations, That says the parcel is collected yet I haven’t received any calls or messages from the provider. I’ve been trying to reach for my shipment for quit a lot now, but haven’t gotten any response. I want to know what happend to my paid shipment as soon as possible. As shown in the email, they say the shipment statement is collected yet I didn’t even received it! And i paid for the item. Regards.

Bought 700GBP worth of clothes, and got taped up smashed boxes with boxershorts that still had the security tags attached, nothing was wrapped that could be broken. Just put in a bag all together. I contacted customer service since receiving crushed and taped up boxes with alarms attached the content, is far from satisfactory, and actually can't even be used. But was then told by customer service that they WOULDNT pay return shipping for their mistake, but it was up to me whether I wanted to keep the boxershorts or return them at my own cost? You're kidding me right? I think I´ll just send you ALL 700GBPs worth of stuff back and never return! What a rude and terrible service! Will NEVER shop here again! You can't sell customers items they can't use and ask them to pay for your mistake! Horrible service!

Received my order of a cp jacket and it came missing a goggle so I emailed your company several times and only had 1 reply and no goggle as of yet, bad experience this time

I had to return a faulty item to customer service it was signed for on the 4th June and no one has bothered to contact me I have phoned three times still nothing I have now contacted trading standards terrible service for a big company

I ordered 3 tshirts 1 Paul smith, 1 Vivienne Westwood and 1 Hugo boss and I have not received the Hugo boss tshirt but I have received the other 2

Still not received the dust bag for my balenciaga bag and no apology either !!! If not received by 31/7/18 I will be sending my bag back for a full refund !

Absolutely shocking customers service yet again. I ordered on the 23rd and paid £9.99 for next day delivery and on the 24th no item arrived. Sent an email early hours of the morning on the 25th which i still haven't had a reply. No item arrived on the 25th, so yet again i called the girl told me she didn't know were my item was but she would look into it and get back to me. Never returned my call. Phoned again on the 26th to see where my t shirt was and the girl said didn't know were ut was but i would have it between 24 and 48 hours and explained i was happy and that i wanted to speak to her supervisor. I was put onto a team leader who told me this wasn't right and he was going to look into this because i should never have waited this long without any correspondence from cruise clothing. This was 3pm and guaranteed me that i would receive a call back from him the same day to try and give me an answer to weather my clothing was lost or not and would pay my £9.99 back into my account. I recieved £3.99 back. And he never called back. I called again on the 26th for the girl to look into it yet again and informed me that my t shirt was lost. This was the day of my birthday dinner with no t shirt to wear, absolutely appalled by your customer service skills at all level of personal working there. The girl told me she would transfer the full amount back to my account to which i am still waiting for. I asked to speak to the team leader who i spoke to the day before but as expected he was on a call so i was told i could not wait to speak to him and he would call my back before the end of the day on friday to arrange some sort of compensation.. and guess what?? He never called back and no one from cruise called. I would like to be called back!!! This item was collected by dpd on the 23rd at 16:41 but the whole time on the tracker it just said on its way. I would like to be compensated for ruining my week on the phone to cruise clothing. For an item that never turned up and the shocking customer services i had to deal with i am going to make an official complaint. My number is 07480240578. Regards Drew Brannan

Went in the shop to buy a dress and asked the girl if she had a smaller size on which she replied that they never. I bought the dress as it was ok’ish fit and it was in the sale. I assumed she also checked online as they’ve done in the past when I shopped there previously. Later that day whilst browsing through your website I noticed that you did have the smaller size and since there was only one I purchased it. When I went to return the original dress at the Newcastle branch I was refused a refund. I was informed by the manager that this wasn’t possible as there was a 4”square sign next to the till mentioning this and I should of read this, well sorry I didn’t and why should I scoure the till desk looking. Also he mentioned that the policy its also on the receipt, sorry but surely that would be too late if I have already bought the item???? Not once did the lady assistant mention this. This is a disgrace as I can return items online but not in the shop and now I’m stuck with a £480 credit note I don’t want.

Very poor service, missing parcel and no accountability from customer service. DPD even worse but given I’ve paid the money to Cruise surely they should take ownership? It’s bad enough to pay delivery on products worth hundreds but not to even get the parcel is bad, standard response ‘do you want a refund’. Really no empathy at all. Will not bye from here again it’s End all the way from now.

Poor service and bad customer service I ordered shorts and the package arrived empty. What kind of company is this. Further more the customer service was implying that I received the package which I didn’t. They don’t even reply to my emails anymore so I didn’t get my item or my money back. Scam

Bought a Stone Island ghost sweatshirt in the sale at £150 (rrp£210)plus postage on delivery to find the arm badge missing! Obviously a returned faulty item that was not checked and resold! On top of that it has cost me a further £7.20 postage to return the item insured and tracked due to the value of the item where most online returns are free shipping.Then will have to wait 14 days for refund ! Totally disappointed will not be using this online retail outlet again

Paid £10 next day delivery to Halfords went to pick up last Thursday not there various emails between cruise and dpd still no parcel or refund absolutely shocking!!

made a for £278 & paid £10 for next day delivery , did it well within the time peiod for next day delivey but it never happened. I then had to cancel the whole order as I was not goin to be around for a few days. Very disappointed
