Was a little disappointed with the service I received. I had to return my trainers due to them being too big. I went to cruise that day after receiving them through the post. I was told in store I wouldn’t get an exchange as I bought them online. If this was the case I would never have bought them online in the first place. I pleaded with the woman in store as it’s too much inconvenience for me. She then said she would exchange as a gesture of good will. All I wanted was a smaller size. I’v bought a few things from your store over the past year or so, so I was very upset at the outcome and response. Not only that my trainers were actually dirty when I received them. So overall my experience wasn’t the best. Very disappointed

Order never arrived when expected, still has not arrived 4 days later and I have also not had a response to an email enquiry I have sent regarding the above issue.

I periodically send your company a message regarding texts and emails i receive from you. I am not a customer of yours and never have been. You are sending me texts and alerts to my home address which is a TW code yet your customer lives in another part of London. Please update your records now.

I had sent an email nearly a week ago about my order I received and still have no reply. I bought a top and it’s dirty and still had the metal alarm tag, I was horrified as it was a gift and didn’t see it till my partner opened it

Paid £9.99 for next day delivery and didn't receive the parcel until 4 days later, very disappointed will order from a more reliable company next time

Items which were delivered were dirty and packaging was ruined - ripped and badly bashed. Written a complaint to the customer care email and have had no acknowledgment whatsoever. Terrible service.

Ordered clothes for next day delivery (£9.99 on top of order) on Sunday, phoned on Tuesday & Wednesday and could not confirm delivery date, asked for order to be cancelled, said they could not as it was in the warehouse, had to organise return

Shoes arrived last Friday in a very poo condition. Emailed on the Friday with photos, received a response on Monday, I responded back on Monday and I am still waiting for a final response! My wedding is at the end of this month, the shoes are for my wedding so I am waiting to here back as to if the warehouse have a perfect pair before I send the ones I have received back.

I ordered £145 worth of items and when I tried to collect in store for free it would not allow me to select a store. I think having no option but to pay £6.99 delivery is unacceptable when spending this amount

Last order I ordered two jackets. One was damaged and the other the wrong size. This order I ordered another 2 jackets however someone included a dirty duster with my order. Jackets will be returned.

9 items on the order. 1 pair boss trainers missing. Emailed and was told it was picked. Sent a picture of the packaging including weight which would show it was light and have been ignored for 7 days since then despite several emails because I needed these for a certain day. Disgusting service! And essentially theft of my money as it stands! Joke

Worst customer service I have ever received. If I could have rated zero, then I would have, I will never shop with Cruise again. Apparently receiving a t’shirt with defaced tags (like the photo below) is “acceptable” as the item (which was a gift for someone) wasn’t actually damaged! Customer services refused to raise a complaint (4 times I asked) and have since ignored all my emails.

Bag I ordered was dirty, it also had a pen score and the plastic security tag was still attached so not sure how I would have removed it, have not had a sufficient response from customer service.
