Item came was faulty, priced cheaper in the box to what was actually paid for it. Took 3 days to speak with customer service as they send 1 email a day. Finally after it all recieved an email to say it would be collected sat a whole day and bo colletion only to be told it wasnt put through. Totally not acceptable customer service

I highly doubt I will ever use your website again, given the nature of my recent experience with you. All I received from you was an empty plastic bag with my order confirmation attached. Not exactly what you hope to receive when buying a 90£ shirt. Anyways.... Your customer service is currently working on my case, and hopefully they’ll find figure out a way to fix the current State of my experience with you, to the best of both our interests. In case of Andy further inconvience I won’t ever use your site again, nor refer anyone to your site, but warn Them NOT to mane the same mistake i did, when i decided to deal with Cruise fashion, since it’s simple NOT worth the hassle going through all this when simply buying a shirt. Can’t imagine how it’s possible to fail at something as simple AS that.

I was delivered someones else's order. The items and the invoice receipt were under someone else's name but were delivered to me rather than my order. After contacting Crusie fashion I was advised to send the items back (which didn't go smoothly). After returning the order I was told that they have been unable to contact the other person who's order I have received. I was then advised that this mix up is impossible and cruise fashion could not be at fault. Holding my ground and arguing my case, the manager advised that they would do another investigation and I would be contacted within 2 working days (latest by Monday). bearing in mind it has already been over 2 week since my order. It is Thursday and I still haven't had any contact despite calling in twice and being told that the manger would call me shortly. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Being a social media influencer I will be taking this matter to social media as I would not like anyone to go through what I am going through.The order was of £2000+ and has caused me great anxiety trying to chase them up. They have taken the incorrect items back and not given a refund or replacement. The matter still has not been solved ( 3 weeks since the order was delivered) and I am still awaiting an update. So please stay away and do not waste your money.

First of all I bought an item in store, staff were rude and I had to approach them for service. (All standing about talking) Well had to take items back and ended up with store credit. I used this online... said balance (in red) that I had to pay. I proceeded and it took the full amount out my account and not just the remaining balance. I called up and was told I’d be refunded. It never happened!! I called again and still not been refunded!! Shocking service!!!!!

Was a little disappointed with the service I received. I had to return my trainers due to them being too big. I went to cruise that day after receiving them through the post. I was told in store I wouldn’t get an exchange as I bought them online. If this was the case I would never have bought them online in the first place. I pleaded with the woman in store as it’s too much inconvenience for me. She then said she would exchange as a gesture of good will. All I wanted was a smaller size. I’v bought a few things from your store over the past year or so, so I was very upset at the outcome and response. Not only that my trainers were actually dirty when I received them. So overall my experience wasn’t the best. Very disappointed

Order never arrived when expected, still has not arrived 4 days later and I have also not had a response to an email enquiry I have sent regarding the above issue.

I periodically send your company a message regarding texts and emails i receive from you. I am not a customer of yours and never have been. You are sending me texts and alerts to my home address which is a TW code yet your customer lives in another part of London. Please update your records now.

I had sent an email nearly a week ago about my order I received and still have no reply. I bought a top and it’s dirty and still had the metal alarm tag, I was horrified as it was a gift and didn’t see it till my partner opened it

Paid £9.99 for next day delivery and didn't receive the parcel until 4 days later, very disappointed will order from a more reliable company next time

Items which were delivered were dirty and packaging was ruined - ripped and badly bashed. Written a complaint to the customer care email and have had no acknowledgment whatsoever. Terrible service.

Ordered clothes for next day delivery (£9.99 on top of order) on Sunday, phoned on Tuesday & Wednesday and could not confirm delivery date, asked for order to be cancelled, said they could not as it was in the warehouse, had to organise return
