They send the wrong item but never refunded my postage and packaging after saying they would, will not be ordering from them again, very poor service. so it cost me £7 to get the wrong item.

Within my order 2 bottles of perfume and sunglasses were purchased for gifts but the boxes are damaged and therefore not suitable to give as a gift. This is the second time this has happened. When my husband collected it from your curriers depot he pointed out that the package was ripped but was assured everything inside was ok.

Received bag which was over £100 and it had a sticker stuck onto the bag which has been really difficult to get off!

I'm really sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed in the product presentation and the subsequent customer service. I received my goods rolled up in bubble wrap, no Gucci packing or tag. Item was for my sons 18th, it was presented looking like something i bought off a market stall. The item itself was very nice. When I called customer service I was told that there was no boxes or Gucci bags, and that if I wasn't happy then I should return the item. So that's what I have done. It is a shame as it could have been easily resolved had customer services offered a solution or been helpful. I have since ordered it direct from Gucci (who don't charge postage) and who assure me that it will come with authentic packaging, just as ALL their products should, regardless of where they are purchased from.

Last time I bought a pair of trainers They sent them and there was a sticker inside saying 200 less than I payed when I contacted them They done nothing and the sent me 20% still they offered nothing I have only used online because I Couldn’t get what I wanted else where but Unbelievably shocking service I do not care one bit about the customers

Haven’t received my items although ordered a week ago. Contacted call centre yesterday to Chase. No follow up email as promised. Unsure if I am going to get my items. Ordered many times before

Would have given ZERO stars if there was an option! The Belstaff jacket that I had bought asa valentine gift for my partner came stuffed in a black bag with no tissue paper no zip bag no box and wasn’t even folded it was STUFFED in. Called up shop they wouldn’t help me or even give me a zip bag told me they don’t deal with web orders. Called up your customer service and after been put on hold for 40 minutes they hung up on me. Shop in cruise for myself my son and my partner and all my family shop there too but after this I will not shop there again! In my opinion you’d do not care about your web customers and your service is absolutely appauling!

Absolute disgrace that you charge £6.99 for delivery then expect people to pay to send back for an exchange. Will not purchase from you again.

Not only did I have to pay £7 postage to get my order, but I also had to pay £12 to send the order back! Personally think this is horrendous given that there’s a postage sticker inside but is not pre-paid, especially after spending all that money on items.
