The item I ordered online is currently missing. The nominated delivery agent, DPD, have delivered it to an address that was not provided by myself at any point, and is not an address that I have any familiarity with. The item I have ordered is worth £300 and has been paid for in full. Upon contacting Cruise customer services I was informed that they would request the DPD driver returns to the address to retrieve the parcel. I imagine that if the parcel is not recovered that I will then have to go through a process to request a refund, subject to the terms of your services. The item I purchased is part of the Stone Island Shadow Project collection and so is of limited availability. I very much doubt that by the time I am in a position to order this again that it will be available, or if it is, with very limited sizing options. I am extremely disappointed that I am now in this position, particularly as Crusie is a store I would always go to first when purchasing any high end clothing. I have spent thousands of pounds over the past few years in both the Aberdeen and Edinburgh stores but would now be incredibly reluctant to purchase anything online as a result of this error. I was informed today (04/01) that I would receive an email updating me regarding the tracing of my package within 3-5 working days at the latest, should I not recieve the same by COB 11/01/2018 I will be making a formal complaint.

Phoned nearest shop to see if they had an item in store, they said they had. Got there and looked about for it couldn't find it, ask staff they said it was upstairs, but after going upstairs was told by another staff member they didn't have it and I would have to order it online. Ordered online, no option to click and collect so had to pay £7 for delivery which took a week!

The product itself was fine even though it didnt fit and I’m looking for a exchange. The reason I am unhappy is due to your delivery service. The company sent me a date for when it would be delivered and never delivered it on the agreed date. Also the company that delivered the product sent the product to the wrong address due to no fault of my phone as I requested to change the delivery address. Hope you guys can fix this.

I still haven’t even received my order I’m not impressed at all it was being delivered by dpd on the 29th Dec it’s the 4th jan and still no parcel ????

I was sent the wrong product and couldn’t even exchange it in store, so I had to pay the return postage.

I orders my parcel 26th of December it's still not showen up and still not been proceed to DPD for delivery I need answers now !!!

Ordered a pair of men's joggers for my son ended up being Armani underwear, disappointed as not listed correctly in web and no instructions to contact cruise, no receipt in order either. Very expensive underwear for an 11year old Disappointed as my son used his Xmas money

Placed an order for a stone island top when it arrived it was a totally different top and I'm still waiting on a reply from when I emailed yous I will never order from yous again! Absolute disgrace

Terrible customer service. Ordered a stone island jacket for my son. It was too small tried to take it back to shop for bigger size and was told i had to post it back, because it was bought online. Sending the jacket back tomorrow 3rd of January for full refund and will just buy elsewhere, will never buy from cruise again

It’s been over a week since I ordered and my item has still not been delivered. I appreciate its been the Xmas/ new year period however I was charged £6.99 for delivery which is quite s lot and should really expect to have my goods within a few days. The delivery company emailed to say they’d be delivering on the 28th December but I’m still waiting.

Really really bad customer service. I sent e-mails twice to cancel my order. The first one was within 2 hours after I ordered. But you totally ignored my inquiries and just sent it. If the order couldn't be canceled, you should let me know why not and what else I could do, shouldn't you? But you also ignored the second cancellation email I sent and just noticed me the order processing and delivery status. All I could do was just wait your reply but you didn't give me any response. It is truly unhappy experience. So if you ignore me again, this would be the last time with you. I will never use you and strongly unrecommend you around me.

Cruise clothing sales expensive designer wear and my husband and I regularly shop in the George Street, Edinburgh store without any issues. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However I bought a pair of Boss trainers for him from their online store. Their delivery company, DPD promised delivery on three different days, but did not turn up on any of them. We complained to Cruise head office and whilst their advisor was friendly and cancelled my order he could not authorise a cash refund. So we are back to waiting another delivery from the delivery company that let us down in the first place!

£7 to deliver a tiny earring box. I was expecting Vivenne Westwood to hand deliver the item - let alone a day later than advised by DPD. This charge is a rip off - complaint sent to customer services 6 days ago and nothing back from them - very poor service
