The online service was fabulous the one star is for the Staff in ur lower floor menswear at Ingram at and _fisr floor level at ladies shop ..on Monday afternoon... Avoided helping customers walked past by 3 members of staff when trying to ask about. A Canadian goose jkt ... Then dismissed for asking for colour u dont stock ... Tried to make a fool of my colour choice ..... Then went over to ladies to look at ladies selection ... Again grd floor staff v v helfull ...2 Nd floor ladies great help.. 1st floor ..no interest in customer .... Lost U 2 sales ... Cd not give my hard ended money nearly1700 pds for 2 Canadian goose jkts .... I don't expect anyone to fawn over me buying stuff but a bit of common courtesy .... WD have been .nice ... Anyway Harvey Nichols......got the sale online ....... ... I was really quite annoyed at the poor customer service of such a prestigious outlet ... It's a shame that these young members of staff ... Do not have the customer care training ... Maybe it's not their fault .... But business is tough these days and no one can afford to lose business 🙏 a bit of customer appreciation training cd be all they need

The order seems to be "on a slow boat to China." The delivery fee is $16.49, ordered on 11/30, and as of 12/7, not delivered. Unsatisfactory!!

Your service is very very very terrible. Is there no member to work for customer service? Does your team read the customer email? I think Cruise fashion must learn other shopping mall services like Matches fashion, Neta porte etc

I bought a CP company jacket for my son (age 12) for it to arrive without the goggle on the sleeve. I now have to send this back through the post instead of being able to take to the shop. I am worried about the jacket being lost in the post ad many things do at this time of year. I also have to pay P&P myself until compensated. The jacket is now out is stock too.

I have not received my order so feel unable to rate anything other than the poor courier service - please contact me if I ever receive my order so that I can review my purchase. dPD seem to be having issues delivering

I ordered my parcel on 26 Nov said would be delivered nxt day to my local store received emails everyday changing the day have now not heard anything since 1 December about my parcel

I still haven’t received the clothing I payed for and I have tried many ways to correspond with cruise to find out where they are and when they will be delivered but they have still given me no indication.

Can’t review your service any more than one star as delivery has not been made after two previous emails saying it was on its way ! And this is after being charged for delivery and full price for item even though Black Friday event!!

My order was covered in dust and fluff and will need washing before I can give it as a present. I have emailed and I am still awaiting a reply

the only online company l know that don't offer free click and collect and returns ! Not good sorry to say in this day in age, other mail companies offer a far better customer service and delivery return options.

I ordered a pair of trainers on Black Friday when there was 20% off. I was busy at work and trying to order quickly on my lunch break I forgot to put the promo code in at checkout. The transaction went through. There is no phone number to contact customer service. The only way to contact is email so I email straight away asking can my order be cancelled and I will reorder and put the code in? I then email regarding same order asking if you can't cancel the order can I be refunded the 20%. The trainers were ÂŁ215 so ÂŁ43 is quite a big discount to lose out on. I only had an email to say that my querie was in a queue and someone would be in touch. That was Friday 24th November and it's now a few hours away from 1st December. I have received the item fine but I think it's really poor customer service

Courier did not deliver to right address, lost parcel, lost money and cruise have done nothing but delay me getting a refund

Sent numerous emails and called several times over the past week , still no reply , I find the way I’ve been treated absolutely discusting I have emailed yourself 3 times now, I recently placed an order with yourself that was suppose to be delivered on Saturday , I was home all day no parcel was left , a calling card was left stating that my parcel was left at my front door , no parcel was left , after contacting dpd I was advised a photograph taken by the courier states parcel was left at the front door , no parcel has been left , I am absolutely disgusted at the fact I paid money for a delivery service that I haven’t received ,

Horrific customer service. Delivery was initially to the wrong place and then late Received wrong item and still haven’t found out what’s happening with it Never experienced such bad service

I ordered in a CP Jacket or at least asked them to keep a XXL in the Edinburgh branch as i was travelling up from Newcastle for the night and wanted to pick it up. I asked the girl twice if this was Ok and was assured it wasn't a problem. When i got there they said they had nonoe in that size and were not aware of my call. They said someone came in earlier that day and bought the last one!!! Very poor service. Left a bad taste. I can by CP from many places... Why use Cruise in the future
