Sizing of product completely wrong, yet had to pay for returns. Why, considering you charge £5.99 for postage is it not free returns like most companies now?. Customer services not interested.

ordered a givenchy antigona bag online, came without the designer box which is something I have never experienced, it also came with a scratch on the bottom of the bag. extremely unimpressed

Ordered size 7 shoes, but got sent in size 8, then emailed the customer service to tell them and to ask them if they got size 7, but no reply even 10 days later. Tried to call them twice, but been hanging in the queue for half an hour each time so had to hang up. Still got the shoes and still no response from anyone at the Cruise.

I ordered 4 pairs of boss denims all 38 waist long leg. 3 pairs were fine 1 pair the leg was like a short leg and I’ve had to pay return postage to send a pair of denims that are of no use to me.

Sadly for the first time I'm not impress with my purchase. There appear to wrong items delivered and when I called to query the gentleman was very unhelpful. Infact, my request to speak with management to address the concerns were decline. I'm very unhappy and angry given the number of years I have been shopping with you.

Very slow replying to customer service queries-never get to speak to a person! Delivery very slow compared to other sites. I like cruise stock and order frequently, but dread anything going wrong as it is always so difficult to sort out

I order a two peice set for an upcoming party and only the top arrived. When I called to inform customer services I waited 3 days on a reply to be told that the matching skirt was not in the warehouse and therefore I would have to send back the top in order to get a refund as I was charged for the set.

I ordered the Canada goose brookvale jacket with the hood for £375, and when I received the jacket in the post it was the Canada goose brookvale jacket with out the hood which only cost £350

I have not received my delivery, I ha e not had no update from Cruise Customer service. Very annoyed and frustrated the way I have been dealt with. When I ring DPD they say ring Cruise, when I ring Cruise they say we will call you back, BUT nothing. I just want my delivery. DPD has stolen/lost my items on 4 previous occasions only seems to happen with high value items. It’s been over 5 working days and I still have not received or heard anything.

Hello, I have bought the Le'coq shoes, I have used only one time it, but the paint has fallen from the leather, where it has fallen the paint has not had any external contact that provokes this and that in that area are the cords! I have attached the picture

I bought Balenciaga mini wallet. No box, no dust bag, no care card, no control card. I love Balenciaga so much and I have bought Balenciaga many times. This is first time. I am very sad and angry. Is this real Balenciaga item?

Ordered a stone island fleece for my husband it came and had no badge on the sleeve it cost me £11 to send the item back and £5-99 to buy it I'm £16-99 out of pocket and no fleece !!!!!

Received parcel in a disgraceful state,torn apart and the goods flattened. Contacted Mark from customer services who told me to send them back in, at my cost for a refund. I then replied that as it was nearly the end of the month I had no money to return OR to get another present in time to replace this item,so I asked if there was anything they could do.... Answer from the very helpful Mark....NOTHING. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

I ordered a two piece suit and only the jacket arrived. I phoned and the advisor unapologetically told me they could check what went wrong and provided no advice on when or if the trousers would be dispatched. When the trousers did arrive they were the incorrect size and before they would send me out the correct size they would have to receive the trousers which I would have to send back - which they would not send return packaging for.

I ordered a Kenzo t shirt but when it came it had a whole on sleeve. So after paying £5.99 for delivery I then had to pay a further £3.40 to send it back.

I have not received my delivery. The package appears to have been delivered to the wrong address. The delivery company are trying to place the burden of chasing this up back on to me. Saying I have to contact Sports Direct. I would expect the delivery company to do this. I have now paid for goods I have not received and the delivery company are doing nothing about this!
