I can't give a different star rate as I'm STILL waiting on my order. It's difficult to give a review!!! The order status is 'ready to ship' since July 22nd. Not really acceptable..... don't you think??!! I've been charged for delivery and it hasn't even been dispatched yet. Please update me on when I should expect delivery.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, time and time again. Cruise prides itself on being a luxury sales brand, however their staff are unhelpful, extremely rude and do not even consider customer satisfaction. Cruise Stores agree with this and discuss the poor quality of customer service online. I recently purchased an item of clothing which was completely crushed and without any tissue paper or protection. It seemed as though a member of staff had quite literally thrown it into my delivery. When I contacted the online sales team about this, they informed me that their products are not delivered in this manner and I would have to return the item, which is no longer available, in order to "investigate the evidence". In other words claiming that I was a liar. I also received a bag without a dust bag, or any protective tissue on the hardware, leather or strap. Again as this product is no longer available, I would have to return in order for my case to be "proven". At no point were the staff apologetic that I had received my items in poor condition. I seriously doubt that these sales staff are making any cruise purchases, such as handbags £1000 plus therefore their behaviour and attitude is inexcusable. I would avoid shopping online at all costs as it only creates problems, and would encourage customers to spend their money in store- where they will be met with helpful and polite staff who make customer service a priority.

Appalling customer service over delivery, my package was left lying on the ground despite the fact I was at home. Cruise seen th think that is acceptable. Would not order from them again.

Item received faulty. Rung customer services and waited 18 minutes in a queue! Adviser promised me a response to my photographer faulty item (to see if you could offer me a discount) by 6pm that day. It has now been over 4 days and no response. I am still waiting for a reply. Terrible customer service!

Packaging was damaged, general presentation was poor. Cruise sell designer wear but present in a "sportswear" and basic manner Your prices are consistent with other retailers selling similar top brands but your client care, packaging and delivery leave a lot to be desired I try and avoid Cruise the best I can. I feel when you are buying something special and expensive you aren't really just buying that item in isololation...you are buying a feeling and experience. If I were you I would look at competitors service and delivery excellence and compare this to your own. Cruise really is terribly awful I recently visited your shop in Newcastle and this too was old, battered, Scuffed and poorly presented....not what you expect when you are seeking too brands and the experience I mention above In conclusion. Good brands and stock but very poor delivery of every other part of the process

Cruise Clothing did not take the VAT off my order even though I reside in Jersey, which is a tax haven. They used to always take it off. Probably illegal but I can't be bothered to take further, very sad really as Zee and Co and Flannels take VAT off Channel Island orders.

Ordered a pair of mens trainers in grey size 11 and paid £333 plus P&P, when they arrived they were the wrong colour. Your warehouse had packed blue! I rand the Cruise shop who said it was nothing to do with them and I could not return them to the shop. I sent them off in the post and due to the weight and what they were worth it cost me £26.60. I expected you to send back with the correct colour in. Low and behold I get an email to say I will be refunded with no explanation at all and no refund of P&P fee that I paid and which was your fault!!! not impressed!

Placed an order on Sunday 9th of July 2017 still waiting for my confirmation of my order so sent email to customer service which said they will get back to me within 24/48 hours still wait so will not be shopping on here again :-(

I purchased a few items in the Belfast store in their recent sale. One item had been priced incorrectly. Once I had paid for the items I questioned the total. The shop assistant was extremely rude in his response. It was almost as if I was stupid for thinking the price tag was correct. I fully understand pricing mistakes can happen but I feel the store should realise the mistake was theirs, not mine! Common courtesy and respect towards customers seems to be absent in the Belfast store....

I received a rucksack with the security tag still attached and I have contacted both my local cruise store and sports direct but none of them have the capability to take it off ! I was also told that there was no more of the same bag in stock either in warehouse or at one of the stores but I was in the Glasgow store yesterday and they had two of them. I am now on holiday and was wanting to take it with me which unfortunately I couldn't and will now need to return it by post when I return.

My first order was ancelled without explaination. I contacted the bank who said that they processed it without a problem, then contacted Cruise without a response. I ordered a second time and recieved the order. The online payment was made to a company called sports direct which I found very strange. There was flannels packaging on the items and no documentation for invoice, content or returns advice. I brought 2 items to return in store and was told tht I had bought online from a separate company. I had to print and return at py own expense with now a days is not the norm and poor customer service. For this, I will not place another order. FYI, my order value aws >€1500. If you have a response for the experience I would be very happy to hear from you. Emma

My order was stopped due to being out of stock while it was on the website still. Still haven't received my money back. Quick enough to take it but not give it back and now leaving me in a bad way financially. Will not be using this website again.
