Four times I purchased items which they sent me random items only to find out they don't have what they displayed on their site and I have to pay to return these items which costs me £11 each times. I think they purposefully sent me any random items hoping that I'd keep them even though the items that they sent me is much cheaper than the original items that I purchased they kept my money and not even an apology or any compensation for their bad service. I'm so disappointed with the staff they are rude and unhelpful. One staff said it only happened 4 times in so many years so what's the problem. The problem is it shouldn't be happening at all. I saw it as dishonesty!

My order was incorrect I got two T shirts that were the same and I got a size medium that looked like a large on!

Hi I bought 2 tshirts a few days ago but the white one was all marks should have sent it back but decided to wash it and the marks are still there bought from you loads in the past and this is first time I've been unhappy

Ordered Monday told it would arrive Wednesday and no parcel, then told delivery guaranteed for Thursday, still no parcel arrived, to be told that it's lost and I have to wait until next week before I can do anything about it, it was for my 13yr olds birthday present, I'm not impressed at all, you're couriers are useless at customer care

Did not receive my order even though they said it was delivered!!! Terrible customer service, rude staff would not recommend anyone shopping at cruise fashions!!!

I've had 3 orders of boots cancelled! Furthermore the amounts have been hold on my credit card. One payment has been hold for 9 days now and customer service is saying they can't help, because it's automatically released?? 9 days?? That's insane for an item I had ordered for one hour and than got cancelled. Also one order was incomplete and I had to send pictures of the package, because after investigation the warehouse confirmed that my package was complete? And the stock level was correct? I wasn't lying... received the missing item, so problem eventually solved, but not happy with the service at all!!

I didn't receive the bag I purchased and sent you 3 E-Mails in that regard but didn't receive any answer. The Givenchy bag is expensive and I want a refund fast as possible.

I have recieved appalling service I placed an order online never received the jacket I ordered have emailed in advised they have closed the case as the investigated I have spent a lot of money with cruise instore and online this is the first time that something I have ordered had did not arrive absolutely shocking

Happy with my purchases .Spent over £150 had to pay £6 delivery .Having to return stuff which has now cost me £7.20 really think if it's over £50 or £75 it should be free really disappointed with this service.

Picture on website wasn't item sent out. Also other trainers came marked and I had to pay return postage!

I didn't received the goods yet as the courier can not priceed the customs clearance due to insufficient ingormstion in the commercial information about goods such as item, brand, q'ty and origin. Asked for updated invoice couple times, but no follow ups yet.
