Great shop but only found out it was owned by sports direct after I had purchased otherwise I most certainly taken trade elsewhere.

I ordered 5 items from the Moncler range this was on Thursday 30th of March I was told they were on there way but dpd kept saying they didn't have the parcel but your emails were suggesting they di when I didn't receive them by 12th I rang again they you said they hadn't got put on the van this call was 11.30 am and they would sort it out I rang again at 2.00 pm and was told they were on the van I was not convinced so I rang on Friday 7 th to be then told that you had lost my parcel and two of the items were not available so they said they would see if they could trace the items so today 10 th April I received a parcel three of the items were correct but the cobalt blue XL t shirt arrived white and the blue t shirt with navy collar didn't arrive instead you sent navy and white t shirt which is XXL and us to big which I will have to return I have spoke on the phone but not happy at all with the service I have had my order number was crus40000035122658E I now have to pay to return the item. Thank you Ann Armstrong

I bought a £880 stone island jacket & got no protective cover which stone island supplies with all Jackets. The Milan store informed me of this as well as the London store.

This company will mess you about from start to finish. If you purchase anything from their sale section, don't be surprised if you receive an e-mail stating they cannot find it, or the price is wrong. The customer services team that you speak to on the phone are extremely rude, bordering on being offensive and are really not the kind of people you want to spend money with. It seems their staff come from the same crop as most of the customer base they get at their flagship store in Glasgow. The reviews on this site look a bit auto generated as well so I would imagine they are buying their reviews from someone.

I ordered a jacket from yourselves. It went to delivery and then I had an e-mail saying I had cancelled order. I had not. So I spoke to customer services they said they were going to look into it and get back to me. No one did. I emailed no one replied. I tried to re-order but there is not that size available so emailed again but as yet no one has got back to me. I would like to order the jacket if possible.

Hi, I have checked in to this and unfortunately this item was cancelled due to the item being faulty. We regularly check our products before being sent and unfortunately this item was not sent due to the product being faulty. Also we were unable to send a replacement as this item is out of stock. I sent an email last week regarding my issue but have still not received a reply. I ordered two dresses which both arrived badly soiled. There is no way I would keep them. I have requested a refund of delivery and returns costs for this reason. I returned dresses today at my own cost. I hope someone contacts me regarding this matter soon.

I am a very good customer who buys in store and orders on line. Very disappointing to see not only do you charge delivery but I have to pay returns as well. Won't be ordering again.

I purchased a pair of Nudie jeans online, pleased with my purchase and got them on sale so i bought a Barbour jumper also only to be told the jeans were unavailible and only the jumper was sent which I only purchased because the jeans were a good price. I feel Cruise should have honoured the Nudie jeans purchase or offered an alternative.... Poor service.....

Hi, Unfortunately we did not have the product at the time of picking which is why it got cancelled from your order. Our website is updated on a regular basis and all items advertised online are in stock at the time of an update. Unfortunately on very rare occasions where we have small quantities of a particular item, orders placed between updates may exceed the quantity of items we have available. In such circumstances we will allocate goods to the customers who ordered the items first. The item will be removed during the next update. I ordered a jacket on Wednesday and it arrived on Tuesday which is excellent delivery how ever I returned it on the Thursday next day 11 pound signed before 1300. I phoned on the Friday at 12 and you had received the jacket I asked for it to be exchanged to the next size down which you had in stock. It was still in stock in that size on the Saturday and Sunday then on the Monday no jacket left in that size even though when I asked on the Friday the person said you had em and I wouldn't miss out

Placed an order and immediately realised I had ordered the wrong sizes. Sent an email to Customer Services straight away asking for the order to be cancelled and was completely ignored!!!! Order was sent out and I was out of pocket after having to pay to return it straight away!!!

I was given a voucher code for 20% discount for my Birthday, when I tried to use the code towards my purchase it was not being accepted. WHY give me the code when it can't be used?
