Dear reader I have sent several mails regarding my refund and so far I have to admit that is not all good ... in generally customers do expect at least an answer to their questions within a reasonable time. So please urgently provide me with an update regarding the deposit of my refund. Nejla

Very disappointing to spend £725 on a gucci bag to receive it in a dirty cream gucci bag cover - covered in black marks. Very poor in comparison to packaging when buying from gucci driest and it comes protected in both a box and bag cover

your website advertised the blazer as regular fit however the invoice states it is a slim fit. this conflicting information has lead me to being missold a product which i have had to return at my own cost!

I was so disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Especially considering how highly I value the website and its products. I made an order for 3 items. The order went through and I paid. Totalling £45. And £6 delivery. Which is very high. Never the less. I received an email 20 minutes later saying 2/3 products of my order were now out of stock. (How does that not get updated before an order is placed). Within seconds of receiving that email. I replied informing them that I wanted to cancel the order as I had no interest paying £6 delivery for a £15 item. They replied 3 whole days later saying I can't cancel my item because it has already gone to delivery. (How is this possible when the item was cancelled within seconds of ordering and you're only replying to me 3 days later?) I sent another email saying I did not want the item. And to my disgust. Not only did my concerns go unaknowledged, I recieved the exact same generic email as the first time. Only this time (2 weeks later). Dear Mustafa Oladokun, Thank you for your email I am afraid that we were unable to cancel the order as it had already been handed to the couriers for dispatch. We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused. Kind regards, Becky Customer Services Absolutely atrocious level of costumer care. If anyone around me were ever to be interested in your website. I'd have to go out of my way to make sure they don't.

Item was delivered quickly but was unsuitable, returned it and was given a refund as they didn't have another size in stock. Only refunded the item cost and not delivery charge (even though their website and returns advice note advises they will refund delivery charge) and despite me emailing multiple times, have received no response from them. Terrible customer service.

I've shopped many times with Cruise but unfortunately this time my experience was terrible and when I queried it with customer service the employee was very rude and unhelpful, unfortunately this will be the last time I use this shop. The delivery times and cost have always annoyed me but there a more and more online shops to use with better.

I have still not received my goods even tho it's says they have been delivered and yous have taken my money for this I emailed yourself 4days ago which I have no reply to so I called yourselfs yesterday and told this could take up to 10 days to resolve even tho yous have taken my money and I have no goods

Really unhappy as have returned to change size and not hear a thing back an said exchange takes 1wk and half to sort poor for such big company smaller companys i have used have exchanged size alot quicker
