I have not recieved my parcel the parcel company say its delivered to a secure location but who knows where that is because it is not my address & say I have to contact you? Can you advise me what to do?

I have not received what I ordered, and the customer service rep was dismissive and moody when I called to talk about my missing £140 order!

Wrong order came and then when I contacted your customer service they woman i spoke to was no help and very rude to me. After a full week nearly I have only just be able to sort my order to be collected. Finally i will never be ordering from cruise fashion every again.

The Hermes courier delivery cruise use is shocking customer Service, I have the same problem with same delivery driver everytime, I have electric gates on my property, everytime they attempt to deliver I get a email saying delivery failed and note left, however there is never a note left, always someone in, we have a little gate at the side to access via foot, but this lady is anxiously too lazy and simply cannot be bothered to do so, they. Ever contact me via telephone when all other delivery company's do, On this ladies 3rd attempt the gate happened to be open, she banged on my door and had a terrible attitude, said she has a private owned car and shouldn't have to leave it outside and walk in by foot, yet she is getting paid to do a job that I have also paid for. I will not be ordering from cruise website again unless the Hermes courier is changed or put right!

Still not received my parcel and have emailed you 4 times with no reply !!!! very disappointing as I use your shop a lot.

i placed an order on line, i called back to make a change and was told i coudnt, but it wasnt told my options that i could cancel and re order, i lost out on the promotion that cruise was offering! i am a regular customer and who use to recommend cruise to all my friends.

Ordered a jacket on the 25th November, was meant to get delivered on the 28th but never because the parcel was damaged! Phoned cruise customer service several times and still haven't had any feed back about if I would still get that jacket or not. Just had to cancel my order as it is taking far to long to get anywhere.

This company has the worse customer service. The employees are not helpful and when you send emails to this company they are ignored. When you finally have a rep on the line, they act as if you are bothering them for asking for assistance. Based soley on the customer service of this company, I will not shop with them again.

I was ment to receive a £40 voucher for spending £200 and I didn't and I have emailed 3 times now and no reply. Very annoyed

Very poor customer service as I emailed days ago asking about the possibility of returning an online item in store and I haven't received any answer. I am now having to return the item online after I went into my local store only to be told I can't return it. Not happy at all. Oogle, Aaron.

Terrible service when called up as problem with delivery!! Was due a call back with in 24 hours still waiting although the money was taken from my account within seconds they can't return a phone call!! Disgrace

I was charged £6 for delivery and also had to pay £4 for returning item so ended up costing me £10 for nothing, cruise should change returns policy

Ordered 4600 pounds of clothes. 3 Jackets It came badly packed leaving jackets creased and collars out of shape. No coat hangers from the brands despite the price- c2k per jacket. No bags. Just clear zip seal bags. I returned them and had to pay an insane £250 to return them (

Not a great experience so far!!... Ordered two garments, recieved the wrong ones so returned them for exchange! Then to be accused of returning the incorrect items when processing the return and are now being sent back to me again to "check"... Don't know what for when they were returned as recieved but obviously they don't check before sending out as much as when they receive them back to avoid refunding the money!! Don't know what's happening here!!

When sending back my order it costed me over £8, then because it was tracked delivery I checked and it got there on the 21st before 12pm and 5 days later I still hadnt receieved an email to tell me they had recieved it I had to email them myself to check and when questioned why my postage was so high they dismissed that part of the email and replied to the second part. Very bad service which isnt good enough considering the amount of money that was spent.

Wrong product was sent out, you never replied to any of my emails to stop order being processed, you didn't reply to any of my emails whatsoever.
