The box my trainers came in was dirty and all marked like it had been used as a rugby ball around the warehouse. Not what you expect when paying a lot of money for something and it was for a present.

Ordered a pair of lacoste trainers and cruyff trainers online only to find when the cruyff trainers arrived they had a mark on them. I called the shop in Glasgow to ask if I could exchange them for a pair that was unmarked as i was going on holiday in a few days and didn't have the time to return them online. This is not there policy and the manager declined. (only shop I know doesn't accept returns from online purchases) I have also found out overweight Mike Ashley has an 80% share in here so I'll not be back. Gary WATP!

I am really disappointed with the items received. The shoes were worn before, there are marks on the bottom of the shoes that someone wore them for a while and the colour is different the one on internet. The label on the top is falling down and it does not look like new. Just one piece came in correct order. I always heard about the reputation on the Cruise shop and I was expecting high standard quality not second hand items.

Dear All, this was my first order with Cruise and I´d like to give you my experience. First of all, as prices were very interesting due to sale, I did not expect all items to be 100% perfect. Though, what I got is below average at best. - white Shirt is dirty, several stains and without washing not sure if this will get away - must send back - CNC Jeans: Zip is broken - must send back - shoes: ripped on heel and scratched - jacket: I´d have liked to keep it, though it has a HUGE HOLE in the left sleeve! I cannot understand how this can be sent out from the warehouse -is there NO inspection?? - Pollini bag: brown stains inside. - Husky coat: material completely different that in description/picture. So, overall, that was not was you´d expect. Even at a good price, this is absolutely unsatisfying. Pls. rise prices at 5% on sale, but give your customers some decent quality .

I ordered a pair of shoes in the am and by the pm they had been reduced by 20%. I contacted customer care to say after 2 days my order still had not been processed and would I receive the 20% discount as my order had not been processed. I received an automated email saying I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours and Infact am still wait to hear even after chasing up. I must say extremly poor customer care. I only have a certain amount of days before I need to return the item if I do not want it so would really like to hear from someone asap.

I was very happy until you sent me the wrong tshirt and havent bothered to get back to me in the 24-48 hour timescale that your supposed to.

I ordered a pair of white new balance shoes, when i recieved my product i found that one shoe was in immaculate condition but the other shoe had scrapes and marks all over it. I have since sent the shoes back as i would like a refund as i am very dissapointed.

i had an awful experience with the customer service. i made a mistake in my order ( T40 instead of T39)...tried to join someone at cruise to correct it as soon as possible...i called from france and sent e mails ..i did all my possible so the parcel could be changed before the shipping...i called DHL who told me they hadn t collect the parcel yet but needed an order from cruise not to do it....and the customer service was so long to react that the parcel was collected with the wrong shoes...i expected cruise to reserve the T39 shoes but they didn t even do it....now cruise don t have the T39 anymore. i should have been advised to do another order of the T39 when it was still possible. finally the customer service did worse than doing nothing...and it was very stressfull doing all my possible with someone doing the less possible at cruise customer service.... being polite but useless is not enough when the customer needs real service and help .....i hope i will be refunded and i don t expect to buy at cruise anymore...i m sorry to say that but what could i say after all that?

Extremely unhappy with service. Waiting all day for Yodel to deliver parcel & it did not arrive until 3 days later. The tracking confirmed the parcel would arrive by end of day took day off work. Ordered a Vestito Lungo dress product code: YA2397/01/100 and the dress that arrived was completely different to the picture. There was no white coloured frill. A plain black dress arrived, part of the dress was missing. I have incurred a loss of £10 delivery & shipping fee. Poor customer service no telephone number and no email response back from Cruisefashion.

Hi sorry to give poor, just I ordered something offline and it came and it wasn't what I ordered so I've sent it back and have now ordered it again but it still says it's the same item so if the same item comes again and it's not what I want i will be very disappointed

Dress arrived very creased and with damaged stitching, requested a fair discount to keep and arrange repair but was offered £5.40 which doesn't even cover postage. Also advised have to pay cost for return despite being faulty and postage 'may' be refunded if deemed to be manufacturing fault. Disappointing service, will not order from again and shall share via social media.

did not get delivery on date it was supposed to arrive driver rang me to give him directions to my address ( HIM BEING ON THE SAME ROAD ) i waited in but he did,nt arrive then i find from yodel site that he had left a card which I can assure you he did not. a lot of time wasted. I ordered a polo top with you in a medium despite this you sent me a large with a medium label on it. I have since returned the item to you and cancelled my order. I sent an email to you expressing my displeasure with your service as yet I have had no reply. Will not use your online service again.

Was very disappointed that you can't return on line items to store it's the same clothes So therefore you have to pay to send it back then pay AGAIN to re order something needs to be done about this especially when the items are so expensive to buy in the first place I would appreciate if I could get some feed back on this Also the staff in your Glasgow shop made me feel worthless saying read the paper work and VERY VERY in helpful where more interested in talking to each other

I paid for an item and they send me another item a cheaper one and when I asked them to send me what I payed for you dont want to know the bullshit they where telling me !
