Ordered pair of Hugo boss jogging bottoms at a price of £100 and £5.99 posting I received a text message from yodel parcel delivery service saying my order was left with a neighbour I asked my neighbours whom are all elderly and disabled if a parcel was delivered nobody on your side cannot tell me who signed for my parcel I am extremely disappointed upset and angry nobody has e-mailed me to resolve this issue which is been ongoing for almost a month I have been a loyal customer to cruise clothing for over twenty years because my medical conditions I cannot shop in store were I was treated with respect and extremely good in store customer service I would like this issue resolved I am minus 105.99 for a item I have not received or full explanation for yours sincerely Mr William Maxwell

I've email cruise three days ago about my items which hasn't came yet and they haven't replied so basically I've lost my Iteam and money ????????

Sent wrong colour cost and suddenly the colour I had ordered disappeared from the website. I sent an e mail as I had to pay return postage and I have still not had s reply. Wonder how long it will take to get the refund

Customer service is VERYYY Bad I will never be shopping at cruise ago it used to be my favourite store as I always used to buy loads of items from but after my experience never again

Disgusted.... I ordered a Hugo boss jacket for my sons birthday, when it arrived it wasn't like it was in the picture , the Hugo boss logo was missing on the arm of the jacket !! Still waiting for my refund !! I also ordered 3 pairs of Hugo boss boxers....when they arrived the box was all open and tore and the boxers were just screwed up inside !!!! Will not be ordering from cruise again !

I don't like the postal package deliver its too high. 6.99 is very high for the delivery price. I Was disappointed when i saw this price for delivery. And other shops delivery are free or to collect in store, if its higher than 50 pound then free delivery Well didn't have a choice toorder the bags.

Extremely disappointed with the experience I have had with Cruise online. Firstly the item I bought was pretty expensive, £133 to be exact and I had to pay for a standard delivery which is poor but you know, not the end of the world. Secondly, the item unfortunately didn't fit or look as good as I thought it would so I wanted to send it back. Only to my horror did I realise that I would be liable for the cost?! So the bottom line is I have paid £16 to try something on. You need to keep up with the times and start offering what your competitors are, e.g ASOS nowhere near as premium as Cruise yet they offer free returns and next day delivery for £9.95 for a whole year. Won't be shopping online with Cruise again unfortunately.

They sent me the wrong size (their fault) three weeks later I don't have a replacement or my money They don't answer e mails for three days I wouldn't buy a bag of crisps off these people

Absolutely flabbergasted at the way my online order was presented to me upon receipt!! A Gucci item was threw in bubble wrap and in a black postal bag!! That was it!! Anyone who's expecting a Gucci item, that's had Gucci items before will NEVER be happy with this service!! No box, no Gucci ribbon or paper, I got BUBBLE wrap and a black plastic bag?? Gucci would be ashamed of the way this was given out and I've contacted them !! This was bought for a gift for a special day!

The order arrived when I wasn't in, the courier put it in our brown bin, on the day it is collected, have been in touch with customer services & it has taken nearly a month for the claims team to get back & still waiting!!! Will never order in line with you again!!! I feel like I'm the one in the wrong, absolutely disgusted

Ordered trainers online on Boxing Day, sent confirmation that the courier had collected them, waited several days then called courier who said they didn't have them, emailed customer services and they said they were looking into it....that was 5 days ago and still no reply!!!

I ordered a bag in the sale , it never came / A card was left by yodel stating that it was left in gas box - not there - called cruise and it had apparently been signed for yet the card stated it is in gas box - so no bag and I am now having to fight for money back - also bag I desperately wanted is now out of stock - very disappointed and praying matter is resolved so can at least get my money back

Shocking I received an item which was a size bigger than I ordered I sent item back to be exchanged but no I got a partial refund I lost out on postage and packing to and from what a joke!

Ordered a jacket online over £500 - they took the money almost immediately. The jacket did not fit and they did not have a larger size so it was returned the same day I received it in the post. I tracked the item and it was received the following day! I am still waiting for my refund as I need the money to buy another item. They are too slow refunding!!!

This will be the last time I shop with cruise. I ordered a Moncler jacket online to find it shoved in to a bag and mailed to me, considering the cost of the item there was no care or presentation taken in to consideration when sending the jacket. Unfortunately the jacket was too small so I attempted to return it to my local cruise store, they told me that they could not do this for some reason, again not a great experience. Finally when I received my refund I was not given a refund for the original delivery costs as is clearly stated on cruise's website. All in all a terrible experience.

Am very disappointed the type of service i have received email your staff member they didn't get back to me and they courier service you guys picked for delivery my parcel they are rubbish instead of delivering my parcel on 03/01/16 they just delivered it on 06/01/16 i have altogether £12 for this type of service and i have to contacted them 8 times because they not helping me at all over all am very disappointed
